Wordscapes Status

Cannot logon wordscape. It indicate update required using Google play but there is no update to be updated.

Seascapes game says need to update but there s no update available when I go to update page

I tried playing the game today on my iPad but it says to download the update to keep playing. Trying to connect on the page where it has a button that says “Download on the App Store” does nothing. I go to the App Store but no update is available, just the Open button which takes me back to the same “Please download the update to continue playing” page. What’s up?

I was playing wordscapes on my kindle fire (3rd gen)and yesterday it told me to update. I've tried everything but it still tells me to update. I cannot find anywhere to do this. I have automatic updates set and there is no manual update in the app Also if I clear the cache and data will I lose my progress?

Hello, My game wants to go in slow motion. I make sure I don’t have windows open. I shut down my computer and wait and then start up again. Still problems. My husband also plays and he’s not having issues. I thought maybe it was the internet. We both have iPhone 8´s. Any suggestions? Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Carol Barr

For the past 2 weeks daily challenge not working right app keeps stalling and crashing during play got ripped off daily challenge stars everyday and that is future coins about to be all set with this game

Cannot watch any videos to earn free coins. Keep getting error message "Sorry, a video isn't available at this time."

Videos for coins not working. No ads at all.

Can not get into hints when playing game.

Both the free earn coins and gift screens appear but you get no video available for the last 2 days.

My Wordscapes won’t let me watch videos to earn coins.

I love Wordscapes but it has been lagging so bad and just freezes. For every puzzle in the past 2 weeks & am having to stop & restart the app just to finish a puzzle

Hi I don’t seem to be accumulating a coin for every bonus word I get like I used to. Has something changed? It’s only been happening in the last day or so. Thanks

Why will my free spins not work, it keeks spinning and says not available

Getting constant black screen as if trying to play video…every minute or so.

The hint buttons, like the rocket, fireworks thing, and give a letter for 100 coins have disappeared from my game that I am over 4k in levels. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the only option that I was given was replay it till buttons appear and log in or contact support to adjust levels/coins and prior purchases. I wish there was another way...anyone else have this issue?

My Amazon fire notes features of recent update but will not auto or manually update. I am connected to wifi and have tried literally dozens of times to try and update

Frequently when playing Wordscapes, and especially during tournaments, the screen is unresponsive. I have to hit a letter hard and several times before it will register as having been pressed. Sometimes I will put my finger or stylus on the letter, and as I move to the next letter the first letter is removed from the word. This can also happen with the letters in the middle. It also happens during ads when hitting the X won’t work, even after hitting it many times. And sometimes the ad simply freezes and I have to close the game and start all over. I know it’s not my iPad because it works fine for everything else, including other games.How do I fix this issue please?

My daily puzzle is not scoring properly. I should be receiving 3 stars based on my game play but for the past 2 days only got one. Today I received all 3 points and then the score reduce and changed as I was looking at it reducing by 2 points. Please help!!!!

Daily challenge points not correctly awarded. Only one or two instead of three when three stars are achieved.

I earn 3 stars on the daily puzzle but only get 2 points.

Daily puzzle - stars earned disappear. Seems like everyday I earn three stars and am only given two and sometimes one. I should have completed the daily puzzles days ago but still have nine to go - should take three days but it will probably take 9! VERY frustrating. Has been going on for a while. Why is this so hard to fix?

Extremely slow response and when I click out of it have to shut tablet down and restart to get to home screen
