Can’t get daily puzzle screen starts with fox and a bunch of different animals on bottom I’m at level 7610 I miss the daily puzzle and can’t seem to go back to normal

On kindle Wordscapes doesn’t award all 3 stars for the daily puzzle, despite earning them. Why? It’s March 3 & you’ve stolen 6 stars. There should be 9 stars. There’s 3. This has been going on for months.

I absolutely love playing wordscapes. but not playing during weekends, due to not being offered the ability to opt out of tournaments. The only option I've seen is disconnecting from internet, but that is inconvenient, and also the loss of some of game capability. Seems this should not be that difficult, with such advanced technology. Happy for those that do enjoy tourneys, but myself and others are forced to choose no play during weekends. PLEASE HELP. 😊

Sometimes binoculars earned do not add to the progress bar. So puzzle reward is sometimes lost.

Why won't wordscapes on my iphone start the new butterfly or binocular? This started last week. It is working fine on my Kindle Fire.

A few minutes ago I purchased the piggy bank for $3.99 plus tax. Immediately 1440 coins were added to my existing coins bringing the total to 1700 approximately . Almost immediately the newly bought coins disappeared leaving me with the original number. The amount of $4.47 is now showing in my bank account. Will you please let me know if I can have refund or can you restore the coins on my account.

Wordscapes recently updated showing me the Wildlife and I missed the weekend tournament...it is stuck there on the Wildlife with bluebird. How do I get back to the original game so I can participate in the weekend tournament?

The words will not connect when I add the letters. I need to use a help to get it to work. Can u help? I’ve tried restarting phone.
