Jenzy: Easy Kid Shoe Sizing Reviews

We have used this app a few times for my daughter who is 3 over the past year. What a great service! I love that the shoes are high quality and geared toward the kiddos unique developmental stage. The styles are very cute and I love that not all of the “girls” styles are pink and shiny (although we also love pink and shiny).

Previously, I was struggling to find the right shoe size for my daughter because toddler sizes are confusing and different brands fit differently. When we switched to using this app it took the guesswork out of choosing a shoe. I love that they can tell the size just from a quick picture and then narrow it down to a few styles and categories of shoes to choose from. They’ve also had really great discounts!

Lastly, I made a mistake the last time I bought shoes through this app. They sent me the size that was perfect for my daughter, but I was hoping for a little room for her to grow into them. This was totally my fault as I should’ve specified needing a size up for growth but when I contacted customer service they were SO AWESOME. Said it was no problem and that they would send out another pair in the next size up and we could send back the other pair. We got the new shoes so fast I hadn’t even mailed back the other pair yet. I went out and shipped them back that day.

Overall a great experience, great concept, and great company!

Jenzy will not tell you your kids’ shoe sizes. When trying to place your first order it says “our team will send the perfect size after checkout.” This is understandable. Of course they want you to purchase shoes from their app at least the first time around so I get that at least one purchase would be required to be told the size. I purposely downloaded Jenzy to get their sizes in order to purchase snow boots. Guess what? No snow boots available to purchase through Jenzy . Ok so I had to purchase shoes I didn’t need. Not the end of the world. After the order is placed I expect Jenzy to change someone and reveal the show size so I can go somewhere and buy snow boots. Size still no where to be found. So I go to the order confirmation email and it says, “but wait. I still don’t know what size you sent. Exactly. this app’s sizing experts know that every brand and style fits differently, so we always send the perfect fit in the shoe you’ve picked out.” Are you freaking kidding me? I wouldn’t just have purchase shoes I didn’t need. And your app literally says they’ll send the perfect size after checkout. In hindsight I get that they meant they would physically send the perfect size shoe, but the entire thing implies they’ll reveal the size to you. As soon as these shoes get to my house, even if they fit “perfectly” they’re going back!

Omg I wish I found this sooner. Jenzy was a lifesaver for my family!! The last thing we need to be doing right now is taking a 1 year old out to a store or mall to see what size shoes fit them. And it’s such a pain to buy multiple sizes of shoes online hoping one of them fits- only to have to go through the process of returning the others. Jenzy eliminates ALL of that stress and aggravation. The hardest part is getting the kid to stay still for 5 seconds to take the picture 😅. We ordered 2 pairs of shoes that actually fit and never had to leave the house! Love Jenzy.

I just used this today for the first time. Jenzy was easy to take a photo of my kids feet with a card but what I didn’t realize is it takes some time for Jenzy to calculate your child’s shoe size (I believe there may even be a person reviewing it) which is fine but not stated anywhere so I was confused and searching for the outcome without success finally read responses to reviews and realized that I just needed to wait. When I came back to Jenzy later in the day sizes for each kid were listed under their profiles. The shoe sizing appears to be accurate for my two kids and the shoe shopping app is fairly easy to use. I wish when you added the shoe to your cart it told you what size. It seems weird to order shoes from an app without the size being indicated. I may do some price comparing before purchasing but the prices seem fair and I like the brands of shoes offered.

I love this app and can’t imagine how I would have bought shoes for my kids during the shut down without it. We’ve bought a few pairs and all have been perfect (sized up when asked in anticipation of the next season). The customer service is also wonderful, it’s a very personal experience. I will be a devoted this app user until my kids “grow out” of it.

First off, sizing. Jenzy is awesome. The only complaint I have was that Jenzy told me to make sure four points were in the photo AFTER I took the photo. Maybe I missed it, but it would have been much easier to know that before I took the photo. It’s hard to wrangle a 15 month old for one foot photo, let alone two. But we got the photo and sizing came through a little while later.

Jenzy itself, though, it’s rough. It’s so unstable. I’m trying to look through shoes to buy and it crashes or freezes constantly. It seems the back button is pretty glitchy too. I’d love to buy shoes on Jenzy but the constant crashing makes it too difficult to browse.

My kids are 2yrs old girl, 9yrs old boy & 12yr old girl. I tested to see if it worked for my two oldest before attempting on 2yr old as she won’t stand still. Jenzy says phone isn’t flat when it 100% is so it took 5mins to even get 1 picture. Then when it does finally pick up kids feet the shoes are all over the place. Their stats say “Adult” but when you look to shop for shoes they are all baby shoes. How does a 9yr & 12yr wear non walked shoes or kiki sqeaker shoes? Doesn’t say what size shoes they are in. But you know darn good & well that no 9 &12 year old is gonna fit size 5 baby shoes. You are better off guessing your own kids shoe size on sizes. What a dumb app. Very disappointing

I loved how easy and accurate the sizing process was. When I ordered my 3 year old son a pair of sneakers, I got an email almost immediately that the color I had chosen wasn’t in stock in his size but offering me other colors or options that were available. They offer free shipping and free returns if the sizing isn’t correct and wrote a personal thank you note that came with our shipment!

This was the easiest app to use and honestly show shopping would have been so hard not being able to go to stores. I didn’t even have to leave my house and the shoes came fairly quickly (all things considered) and they fit. I’m recommending this to all my friends, what a wonderful idea!

I fitted and ordered shoes for my 3yr old daughter in less than 10 minutes! When the shoes I originally picked were unavailable they emailed me with similar (even better!) shoes that they had in stock with the correct size. My daughter loves her new shoes and Jenzy saved me so much time going to a store, which always feels so rushed! Definitely using again!

At first Jenzy actually let you take pictures to accurately size your child’s feet . Now that part seems to be gone from Jenzy and you just answer questions about shoes your child already owns. The problem is my girls feet have grown significantly since they last wore sneakers so answering questions won’t work for us, especially if I’m trying to order through Jenzy . We will have to stick to buying shoes in store now.

I LOVE Jenzy! If you’re like me and have a lovable but very active 2 year old going to the shoe store/mall is tantrum city! This is wayyyyy simpler and the shoes on Jenzy itself are all adorable! Plus the costumer service is amazing - you can email and get a response almost immediately! PRO TIP: we size while Elmo is on and it’s a super easy enjoyable experience!

I loved using this app to order my 7 month old his first shoes. I was completely lost with what size he’d need & had no interest in taking a wiggly baby out to try on shoes. I ordered 3 pairs and all fit great, plus $20 off the first pair can’t be beat!! All arrived along with a t shirt and sweet handwritten note. I’ll definitely continue using this app as my son grows!!

Thank you this app for giving me my sanity back! I’m so tired of ordering multiple pairs of shoes online for my son only to return them when they don’t fit. this app was really easy to use and I like the fact that they give you a range since as a mom I know that every shoe fits differently. I’m also glad Jenzy is free to use and I like the brands they sell.

I was able to get back to school shopping down in 15 minutes for both my kids. App was easy to use and measuring was spot on. The prices are great and quality of inventory offered is top notch. The customer service was fantastic and responsive. Highly recommend.

this app has made shopping for shoes sooo easy! I can size my 2 year old and buy the shoes all from my phone without even leaving my house because shoe shopping with a toddler is a nightmare! I love that it saves my information for the next time! Great new styles of shoes added for every occasion!

We love this app! I wish they would have been around for my older kids. It only takes seconds to get the perfect fit and my toddlers shoes were here in two days! They fit perfectly and are high quality. We will definitely be using Jenzy again.

Jenzy is a joke.. it never tells you your kids size. It just takes the picture and directs you to buy shoes that will send in the right size.. not telling what size that is until the shoe arrives and you physically look at the box.. it also will send you shoes with room to grow.. sounds like they are just guessing and if they don’t fit hoping you will hold on to them until your kids got into them... don’t download it’s a waist of time.

Jenzy is genius. My son’s foot size grows more often than I ever could’ve imagined and Jenzy makes it possible to keep up without having to be in store for foot measuring on the regular. The customer service is also amazing. Definitely recommend.

Had a bit of a problem getting started, but the customer service is amazing! They emailed often and sent other sizes and styles until we were happy with not only size but style and color. I’ll recommend Jenzy to everyone with kids. Very simple way to shop for shoes. Thank you!

Jenzy is exactly what I was looking for. I was a culprit of just guessing on sizing for my son but not anymore. I want my little man to be as comfortable as possible while playing on the playground and being outside. Jenzy did exactly what I need it to do. Thanks to whoever thought of this!

Works great! So easy and hassle free. Takes all the guess work out of shoe shopping for your little ones ever growing feet. Blink and their feet have grown AGAIN! this app is great, just size and shop quick each and every time their feet grow. So easy!
