Honestly havent had a good experience with Dignity Healthcare in the 10+ years I have had their coverage. The assistants who answer the phone calls are rude and dont want to help and would rather push you around to other people who dont want to help. Their automated phone system is beyond terrible, and you’ll be on hold for nearly an hour every time just for them to say they’ll call you back. When they do call back its hours later and they still dont have any more information than when you first called. It seems like they dont want you to get better, they just want to get you to pay as many copays as they can get out of you before you finally give up. And dont even think about trying to see a specialist, because they’ll argue with you about how YOU feel and just set you up with another pointless appointment to get another ridiculous copay put of you. Not at all satisfied and very unhappy with the company as a whole.

App will let me login and then wont next time. I use fingerprint login so should work every time. So I go to reset my password and it sends me email saying click on link to reset password on their secure site and link takes me to their homepage and not password reset. Tried several times with same results. So now waiting on phone for assistance. 1 hour later still waiting. App just doesn’t work right when you need it.

When the app prompted me to decide if I wanted it to use my location (Always, While Using the App, or Never), I selected “While Using the App”. However, the app constantly gives me a notification when I get near a Dignity hospital, meaning it’s using my location even when I’m not using the app. Violation of privacy. Not very dignified of them, nor is it “human kindness” to blatantly bypass someone’s settings. I already dislike Dignity, but this is over the top.
