    Anything but Dignity Health

    Honestly havent had a good experience with Dignity Healthcare in the 10+ years I have had their coverage. The assistants who answer the phone calls are rude and dont want to help and would rather push you around to other people who dont want to help. Their automated phone system is beyond terrible, and you’ll be on hold for nearly an hour every time just for them to say they’ll call you back. When they do call back its hours later and they still dont have any more information than when you first called. It seems like they dont want you to get better, they just want to get you to pay as many copays as they can get out of you before you finally give up. And dont even think about trying to see a specialist, because they’ll argue with you about how YOU feel and just set you up with another pointless appointment to get another ridiculous copay put of you. Not at all satisfied and very unhappy with the company as a whole.

    Need help

    I’ve had this for a long time and when it first started way back I was able to use it now I can’t get in when I go into the office I ask for them to send me an invite they say they’ve sent me invites but never received a single one but i do get emails from dignity so why can’t I get the invite. So this app site on my phone doing absolutely nothing for me

    Great telemedicine App

    New app update is a big improvement. I can book my dr appointment, search for specialist within my neighborhood, pay my bill or even see a doctor over video chat. With the influenza & Coronavirus going around this is year. This Great app to connect to a medical doctor to get medical advice and diagnostic. Developers did a great job on the app.

    Uses location despite me not allowing it

    When the app prompted me to decide if I wanted it to use my location (Always, While Using the App, or Never), I selected “While Using the App”. However, the app constantly gives me a notification when I get near a Dignity hospital, meaning it’s using my location even when I’m not using the app. Violation of privacy. Not very dignified of them, nor is it “human kindness” to blatantly bypass someone’s settings. I already dislike Dignity, but this is over the top.

    Needs to be User Friendly

    I got the app for ease of use, but it was even more frustrating than the website. I was reading my lab results, and you can click each result for more info. After reading, the only option to get back to the results is to hit the back arrow. Does it take you to the prior screen? No, it actually logs you out, making you have to not only enter your username and password, but since it doesn’t store any information, you have to even enter your Mercy location again.

    Horrible App

    The app is not user friendly and I’m in that millennial group where everything we do is with technology. So for my 63 year old mother it’s nearly impossible!

    TV ad with baby and dog 4-21-20

    You and your ad company have produced THE MOST EFFECTIVE, POSITIVE AD WE HAVE EVER SEEN! We chuckle along with the baby in the high chair as she spots the dog as it runs around the chair! Thank for bringing freshness and warmth into our home!

    Horrible. Takes your money and you don’t get to see a doctor

    Not sure what to rate this app. Logged in and paid the 59.00 to see a physician. Took my money (verifies by bank) and had me restart the program. Called customer support and apparently they have no access to refund the money or send you through to a doctor. Not sure what they’re even there for!?!?
