Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever BariBuddy app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix BariBuddy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BariBuddy app on iPhone
Update BariBuddy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BariBuddy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BariBuddy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BariBuddy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix BariBuddy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BariBuddy app issues:

Force Stop the BariBuddy App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BariBuddy app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BariBuddy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BariBuddy App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BariBuddy app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BariBuddy.

Fix BariBuddy unable to contact server/ BariBuddy internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BariBuddy » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BariBuddy » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BariBuddy on android.
