Argo is crashing whenever I open an inbox. It won't let me go back to the homepage. It will just froze in black and I have to close and restart the application everytime

How to fix ARGO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ARGO app on iPhone
Update ARGO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ARGO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ARGO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ARGO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ARGO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ARGO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ARGO App
1. On android, goto Settings » ARGO » click [Force Stop]

Update ARGO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ARGO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ARGO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ARGO.

Fix ARGO unable to contact server/ ARGO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ARGO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ARGO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ARGO
