As a breastfeeding mother I am horrified that a company and event venue would prevent me from feeding my child. The lockers are too small to fit the pump I travel with. I had to return home since I could not leave my $400 Elvie pump on the city streets to be stolen. I suppose I will try again in a few years to see a live music act.

This company is a complete racket. Venues never limited purse size before, and of course they’re still checking bags, so the only logical explanation for this new hassle is that this app convinced large venues to start limiting purse size allowed inside and use their service in return for god knows what. Really gross.

I have used Binbox at several sporting events. It has saves me so many times.

This company is as close to a scam as can be. Had my belongings inadvertently locked for hours with no way to get it open. No attendee to help, no other option.

Never use this service.

If you’re like me and had to download this barely functioning app to get a locker at sports venue that didn’t clearly state their bag policy you know that paying $13 for a non physically secured locker on the street seems pretty fishy.

listen u cant have 1 employee for thousands of guests it was a disaster people cutting in line very little lockers available HORRIBLE HORRIBLE these wont last a year

My first experience with this app was at Nationals Park, Washington DC this evening. I went straight from work to the game. I took my work bag knowing I would have to check it. At the stadium I was directed to download Binbox which I did. Binbox said no more bags accepted at the event which was plainly untrue - many lockers were open and available for a last place team’s game. I reported the problem to the security guard and he tapped on my phone a few times and then instructed me to write my name on a tag and I’d get my bag back if I brought $10 cash, else he’d be ‘out of pocket’. Sure enough at the end of the game I was asked for $10 cash even though everyone around here knows there’s no ATM at the stadium. I happened to have five singles and he accepted that as some sort of offset. I work remotely most of the time now and my office is in that bag. It was basically extortion. I’m used to poor customer service in DC but this app don’t provide an opportunity for corruption.

I attended the Austin FC soccer game and unfortunately had to use this horrible machine. The game ends and to my surprise I walk into a angry crowd surrounding the lockers. I noticed people were breaking the lockers and to my surprise Binbox was down. Meaning none of us could get our stuff. You could think they would have a plan in case Binbox ever went down but instead the employee of this app was making a joke out of it. Didn't help whatsoever and took over a hour to finally get a tiny tool to unscrew each locker one by one after he realized more and more people were breaking the lockers to get in. After him going one by one with this tiny tool we got our stuff after 3 hours after the game ended. Never will i trust this again

It would be 0 stars if I could. I used this app tonight at an Austin FC game. I had a small purse that I couldn’t carry inside. Download & initial storage was easy enough. The trouble was after the game. Left a bit early in an attempt to get ahead of the mass exodus of fans. When I went to retrieve my bag, the this app network was down. I waited close to 45 minutes to get the locker open. The attendant was unable (so he said) to open the lockers. No assistance was given. The attendant made desperate calls for security because after awhile he was surrounded by over 40 people who could not get the lockers open to retrieve their belongings. Until some type of fail safe for network outages is incorporated I will never use it again.

I went to Capital one Arena Concert in Washington DC, the locker service where this app! the worst service and I payed $15 but they didn’t put my stuff in any locker as I tough, the purse were mixed in a table, if we lost our belongings no one will give us a solution, the worst part was the line to pick them up, a long wait for almost and hour, it was a total mess. The worst service I had, Now I want my money back as a compensation for all the waste of time.

Originally going into the experience I was hesitant and somewhat annoyed. I was running late to the Atlanta United game and had to valet my bag then noticed there were lockers instead of the people system. It was quick and easy downloaded Binbox paid and was on my way very seamless transaction. Also the CTO was on-sight to help with any questions or concerns which was amazing! Can’t wait to see them at more events!

Went to the ballgame direct from work not sure if I could bring my bag with me. I was initially annoyed I had to check my bag, but this app made the best of the situation with this easy to use app. I knew my work stuff was safe and dry, even when the game was delayed due to crazy heavy rain. One of the employees even lent us an umbrella. They definitely care.

I always have stuff on me when I go to games, concerts, etc...I don’t have to wait in line anymore (anywhere from 5 - 45 minutes)! I walk straight up it’s super easy and quick. 5 stars....hope to see it at gyms, stadiums, offices, etc

I didn’t realize until I got to the stadium that I couldn’t bring my bag in, which was pretty aggravating. But in the end I’m glad that this app was there so I didn’t have to walk all the way back to my car. Very simple and self explanatory steps, grateful for this app and staff!

Nowhere did it say when we went to the capitol one arena that large bags were prohibited. They have this makeshift tent with a long line, no signs and complete disorganized system to scam people for money. It wasn’t even part of the arena, just some corner.

Upon retrieving the bags, they barely knew where things were and didn’t have anything arranged I know order. Wasted a good hour.

A whole lot better then being turned away with no where to put the backpack!

In the stadium security line, I was told I had to throw away my favorite (empty) reusable water bottle to get in. After a quick google search, I discovered the stadium had this app. Dan, Eric, and Kelly came to my rescue :) It was super fast and easy!

Paid only $5-$6 to keep my work backpack/laptop in a bin with full trust. Secured and reliable way to make sure you stuff is safe for a small amount of $

These guys are the best—it’s so convenient to have secure storage easily accessible, and the people really go out of their way to help you!

Love having this as an option when I forget to leave my stuff in the car or at home. Great idea!

We flew into DC and we’re meeting friends straight away at Audi Field. Because of this app, we were able to store our luggage and enjoy the match. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful as well. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Great app. Easy to use. Quickly loads. And it’s great to skip the lines at events when wanting to store a bag or jacket for a few hours.

I went to a baseball game with my backpack and was worried I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to store it. this app was so simple and only cost me $6!!

So thankful for the guys at the Audi field, they kindly took care of me and my school group as we missed the no field’s backpack policy! Worth every penny! Thanks again!

Used this app at FedEx Field. Super easy to use locker and app system. Much faster and easier than the usual lockers at stadiums.

If you don’t close the session after retrieving your items this app will keep charging you indefinitely. You would think that after unlocking your locker and getting your stuff that would all you need to do but it’s not.
