1 year agoI was required to "lock" my small backpack with Binbox at Nationals Stadium in DC on June 14. I was given a tag / locker number 8285, charged $13.88 and had to hand over my bag to the sales person. It seemed peculiar to me that I did not get to place the bag into a locker myself. After the game when I came to pick up my bag I discovered that it had not been locked up, that no locker number 8285 existed (or any other number in the 8000 series). I found my bag lying on a table along with several others, outdoors in the large tent behind the Binbox lockers. My bag was fully exposed, not protected from theft, not locked up and was very vulnerable. What did I pay for? I am furious that my valuables were not protected, and I was required to pay, install software and waste a good deal of time, for no service at all, and ended up taking a serious risk. I demand to be reimbursed for Binboxe's failure to provide me with the service I was told I would recieve -- a securely locked locker, under my own control for my belongings. Binbox is supposed to protect and insure security, but it did the opposite.

Could not fit my breast pump
As a breastfeeding mother I am horrified that a company and event venue would prevent me from feeding my child. The lockers are too small to fit the pump I travel with. I had to return home since I could not leave my $400 Elvie pump on the city streets to be stolen. I suppose I will try again in a few years to see a live music act.

Total racket
This company is a complete racket. Venues never limited purse size before, and of course they’re still checking bags, so the only logical explanation for this new hassle is that Binbox convinced large venues to start limiting purse size allowed inside and use their service in return for god knows what. Really gross.

Horrendous service
This company is as close to a scam as can be. Had my belongings inadvertently locked for hours with no way to get it open. No attendee to help, no other option. Never use this service.
