How to fix Zulip app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zulip app on iPhone
Update Zulip app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zulip iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zulip on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zulip network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Zulip app issues:

Force Stop the Zulip App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Zulip app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Zulip to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zulip App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Zulip app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Zulip.

Fix Zulip unable to contact server/ Zulip internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Zulip » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Zulip » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zulip on android.
