How to fix Rallyhood app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rallyhood app on iPhone
Update Rallyhood app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rallyhood iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rallyhood on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rallyhood network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Rallyhood Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Rallyhood not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rallyhood App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rallyhood » click [Force Stop]

Update Rallyhood to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rallyhood App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rallyhood » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rallyhood.

Fix Rallyhood unable to contact server/ Rallyhood internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rallyhood » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rallyhood » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
