I'm very upset with ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery . I placed an order & paid for my order, yet I cant track the order or contact the driver, ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery keeps giving me "technical issue try again later" msg. I tried calling costumers service but they responded "No one is available right now to help you, we will call you back later" I also tried msging costumers service but no one is replying to my msgs either!! Now me & my family are waiting for the order to arrive before Iftar time because we are fasting, it will be very disappointing to us not to have our order delivered before Iftar time. I am going to delete ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery after this order & never use it again & I don't recommend anyone to download it. Please deliver my order on time or please give me back my money.

Update: My order arrived after 1 hour & a half since I ordered.

Fix your technical issues please, I dont want to order again to stay worried about my order if it's going to arrive or not.

Fake promotion is the least of your problems if you try to order with them, mainly I’m writing this review while waiting for an order that was made an hour ago, I have been trying to cancel the order since it took too much time to be delivered but im faced with a automated response that says: Sorry, we cannot cancel your order, as our Rep is already on the way to the pick-up location and your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Your order should be delivered within 30 to 40 minutes.

How do you want to proceed?

I wish i can post screenshot of the chat with their support so you can see how bad it is.

And always there will be something missing from your order even if you report it there will be no response no refund no apology.

Ordered food at 6 am which was supposed to arrive at 6:40 and till 7:15Am the driver wasn't at the restaurant to pick the order !

the order took longer than 1 and a half hours which i had to cancel and the driver wasnt yet moving

I received a call twice after the above review for checking the satisfaction level and that if i would uae ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery again and an amount was offered to install ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery ! I installed again and the balance is 0.00 😂😂😂 ridiculously funny

The driver took my order and then After hour I asked him why it took so long he told me he’s not working today !!! and this is his second order and I should just cancel and when I asked him to cancel he said yes and I was waiting but he didn’t even when I send him a message he didn’t answer I even called him he didn’t answer so I’m stuck here waiting for the call service to re call me because I called a lot and I need my money back to order again ~ worst experience ever.

I am extremely disappointed with ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery. It is a complete failure and shows no regard for its customers.

To make matters worse, when I tried to make a purchase, I was charged incorrectly and never received what I paid for. I suspect that ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery might even be fraudulent, as it seems they are more interested in taking your money than providing a useful service. I highly recommend avoiding ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery at all costs.

There call center is a ghost center, no one will ever answer you.
there chat will till you to adjust your address in 3 minutes or they will cancel the order and when i did send the new address multiple times it was pending, not delivered while there threatening messages about canceling the order are delivered just fine. Once they have canceled my order all my messages was delivered.

They have failed me three times, i will be so stupid if I ever even think about ordering from them.

The driver took more than three hours to bring the food! I actually order using another app and told him to throw his late order in the trash as I wasn’t home. I will never use ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery again, it was a total disaster and I paid money for absolutely nothing. Terrible service, terrible app, unreliable customer service (no one called back for my complain). ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery is a scam and is actually sending humanity backwards. DO NOT USE IT, will never recommend it. Wasted money on nothing.

ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery is a very bad service. I have ordered a zaatar pie (maneesh), I have seen the menu on ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery . I have put the delivery note to make it without cheese. When I received the order, there was cheese. I have mad a complaint to the customer service. I have told them to change the order to remove the cheese but they refused. They said sorry it cannot be exchanged. They refused. Now my money is lost.. None of other delivery apps are like this. In my previous account they've tried to steal my money 🤬

Worst app ever! My order was placed, the money was paid through Apple Pay, a driver was assigned, yet two hours later the driver says there is a technical issue in ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery and will not deliver, he was disrespectful and unprofessional.
The “customer service” team will not answer the phone since they only work during the day even though the majority of meal orders are placed in the evening!
I cannot put into words the amount of disappointment I have for ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery! I will lodge a complaint to the ministry of commerce because my money was not returned!

I have ordered twice from ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery from different places in different days and the first one got canceled because there was no driver to deliver our food and they haven’t returned my money that I paid with Apple Pay.

The second time I ordered, they canceled my order because apparently there was another guy with the same order as mine and they decided to cancel mine and deliver him his order and again they refuse to return my money that I have paid through Apple Pay.

I have deleted ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery and will never use it ever again.

If I could give it a zero strars I would, I placed an order from a fast food chain and the order supposed to take from 30-40 mins max as they mentioned in ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery . However, it has been more than an hour and a half and I still haven’t received my order yet!! I tried to contact the driver but he doesn’t answer my phone calls. I also tried to contact the customer support and they said they will contact me but no one did. My advice is not to download ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery and waste your time and money. This is the worst app ever 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

To be honest, an application that I am never satisfied with, even though I am an alienated person. I use delivery applications every day, I used all applications, and I used Toyo for a while. To be honest, I regretted it. I had many bad situations. I subscribe to the delivery service, and the delivery amount is deducted, and the first one was deducted. The fees were communicated again. I asked to cancel the subscription. There is no professionalism in serving their customers. The subscription was canceled immediately, and the amount was not returned, and the amount of the previous fees was deducted from the parking lots.

Used ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery for the first time in Medina. Ordered 10 sandwiches and the delivery person came with one only. I pointed out this the wrong order. Wasted over an hour on phone with customer service- multiple people promised rapid resolution. They instructed me to take the order and that they will refund the full amount. I took the order but then they declined and they said you took the order so your not eligible for refund. Another 30 minutes wasted on phone - rep said I can’t take any action because it’s a different department. First and last time for me here.

My order was delayed for more than 40 minutes. I have not received an apology for delay instead, the representative was rude enough to refuse handing the order until he receives payment first !!!! In addition, after explaining the situation to the support team, they have deducted the full amount from my wallet. So after all. my order was delayed, I had to deal with a rude representative, I have not received my order and yet I was charged for and order that I didn't receive !!!! This is unacceptable, not fair nor respectful for a client from a delivery app!!!!

Worst service !!!

I had never had any unresolved issues with Hungerstation or Chefz or Marsool !!

I have ordered only once and I was waiting for two hours before I saw that my ordered was delivered to another address and was handled to another person without providing me the drivers mobile number not even a call from the driver to confirm the receiver name and address. I tried calling the customers service and they never answer, and I contacted them many times by their twitter account and they only responded 2 times without taking any action. Until this day I haven’t received neither my order nor my money back! This is absolutely the WORST of the WORSE of any food delivery service ever!
Please don’t deal with them or at least choose to pay cash in delivery, they are not trustworthy nor professionals!

They do listen to customers and respond very quickly and in a professional manner. They are improving their services, drivers are very professional and most of all it gives you a variety of options unlike the other apps.

Rarely accepts orders and when they do they cancel halfway through the waiting time. Guess I’ll just stick with the known competitor.

You have the best price, and your drivers are the best, but you have one thing if you fix it you will be the best application ever
You need to have more drivers and more cars for transportation
Most of the times I can’t find any car near to me
Please fix this issue as soon as you can

this apps is not accepting old version for iOS 12.5.6 which need to buy to gadget just to upgrade thr iOS... suggest this is an apps which must be compatible in any platform let it be iOS 12.x.x and must not choice only higher version of iOS as a result i will not updare just to have this apps. Hope this must be consider and now im not able to place my order due to this simple reason. Thanks.

Came to Riyadh for business. I have struggled to find a reliable ride application in KSA. Couldn’t catch a ride from airport. Tried ToYou. Won’t use any other service. Quick response, friendly, all and all great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Please keep this exact level of professionalism, everything is great, the apps is easy and has so many options, the drivers are really fast and super friendly/cooperative, and the delivery fees are such a blessing for a broke jobless college student like me.

Edit: I'm taking most of what i typed back.. ToYouGroceryFoodDelivery is getting absolutely worse.. and the delivery fees are getting higher than other apps.. disappointing 😣
