I'm very upset with the App. I placed an order & paid for my order, yet I cant track the order or contact the driver, the app keeps giving me "technical issue try again later" msg. I tried calling costumers service but they responded "No one is available right now to help you, we will call you back later" I also tried msging costumers service but no one is replying to my msgs either!! Now me & my family are waiting for the order to arrive before Iftar time because we are fasting, it will be very disappointing to us not to have our order delivered before Iftar time. I am going to delete the app after this order & never use it again & I don't recommend anyone to download it. Please deliver my order on time or please give me back my money.
Update: My order arrived after 1 hour & a half since I ordered.
Fix your technical issues please, I dont want to order again to stay worried about my order if it's going to arrive or not.

I have ordered only once and I was waiting for two hours before I saw that my ordered was delivered to another address and was handled to another person without providing me the drivers mobile number not even a call from the driver to confirm the receiver name and address. I tried calling the customers service and they never answer, and I contacted them many times by their twitter account and they only responded 2 times without taking any action. Until this day I haven’t received neither my order nor my money back! This is absolutely the WORST of the WORSE of any food delivery service ever!
Please don’t deal with them or at least choose to pay cash in delivery, they are not trustworthy nor professionals!

My order was delayed for more than 40 minutes. I have not received an apology for delay instead, the representative was rude enough to refuse handing the order until he receives payment first !!!! In addition, after explaining the situation to the support team, they have deducted the full amount from my wallet. So after all. my order was delayed, I had to deal with a rude representative, I have not received my order and yet I was charged for and order that I didn't receive !!!! This is unacceptable, not fair nor respectful for a client from a delivery app!!!!
Worst service !!!
I had never had any unresolved issues with Hungerstation or Chefz or Marsool !!
