I want my money back...

I just installed the app. After trying to scan a document and export it to my Google Drive or send to myself by email, I received error messages... When I clicked on app support in the App Store, I received an error message as well? I don’t know how to contact the developers. I want my money back. I removed this app from my devices... Also, I couldn’t seem to find a way to organize the documents in folders. Maybe this somehow can be done but I didn’t see an obvious way. I wanted to keep most of scanned files in the app but it didn’t look user friendly.
Is there a reason why I cannot email the scans to myself?

Super easy to use. Scans are great quality and I can upload to cloud or send email to my self. Adding a signature to scans really saves me even more time. I dont use it but you can also fax your scans, it's good to have it though :) love easy scanner.
