ThryvBusinessCenter is listing my home address instead of my business address. When I log onto the main website it said my info was sent to 70 sites. Thanks! I hope people don’t start coming to my house. The mobile app is not responsive and not intuitive. Both the mobile app and website freeze up when I upload an image. I’m not really sure what ThryvBusinessCenter or website is doing or to what websites my I do was sent to. After updating the website with my correct business address the mobile app still lists my home address. Have no idea which address is being used to send my info over the web.

No matter how many times we’re told “the next update” will solve all the problems with ThryvBusinessCenter, it never fails to disappoint — and it’s cost a lot more than the initial agreement. It’s caused our business countless hours in trying to correct errors and make workarounds to get payment from customers. It’s truly been an embarrassment to explain why we can’t perform usual and customary transactions.
I think it’ll be GREAT *some* time in the future, but as for now, we can’t recommend any business adopt it.

Do not use ThryvBusinessCenter unless you want to be ripped off the salesperson made false claims about no credit card fees ThryvBusinessCenter is hard to navigate and isn’t adequate for service detail information for customers I was charged twice for one month then when I made a dispute they said the other charge was for the previous month straight trash!

I really love the customer service and love my representative. I’m only writing this review in hopes the company itself sees it and takes action.

The mobile app is terrible. It doesn’t even fit into the iPhone. It’s not accessible or even usable when trying to schedule. The calendar is completely messed up and there’s a plethora of bugs that absolutely need to be fix. It’s now become a hindrance to my business rather than help. The mobile app side of things needs to rectified immediately to keep my business. But other than this everything else is fantastic. But this is clearly a huge issue.

The overall software is good. Still missing come crucial features. ThryvBusinessCenter constantly needs to be restarted and desperately needs an update which apparently hasn’t been done in over a year. The developers need to work on this ASAP especially since this is one of the most expensive scheduling tools out there.

When it works it’s great, but ThryvBusinessCenter is hit or miss whether it will even open. I haven’t been able to open it at all today and I can’t even see what’s on my schedule much less schedule new appointments or get any customer info. It’s really starting to make me rethink having it.

This is a good software for work, but I really with the iPhone X compatible one will be ready sooner

Really this guys are a lie. They will give you fake promises that a lot of customers will call you. You business is going to grow thanks to them. That you would be at the top of google search.

None of that is true. They have called me like 3 times thank to this guys and none of those customers gave me any profits.

I get more calls by posting on social media that with this guys. What a waste of my money I totally regret It .

Don’t pay anything to these guys!!

And they provide in-person support, web support, phone support and live chat 24/7 at no charge and pay thryv users for referrals that lead to more thryv users! Now that’s smart!

If you are not using Thryv to run your business - it’s like using a paper roadmap for directions on your next family vacation.

I save time (and headaches) working with just one company. I save money because so many features I need are bundled inside the software verses buying from different sales people or different companies. It is as user friendly as it gets, even for us older folks who are not as tech savvy. The fact that there’s always support to help me 24/7 and that whatever I do just takes seconds is a huge plus. But the biggest benefit is I can do this all from my cell phone! If you work in the field or on the road this is the best solution hands down! If you don’t have time to do all the things running a business takes, this software simplifies it so you can! And I thought the price was ridiculously low for all that is included, compared to other software out there. Thank you Thryv!

Love the features on ThryvBusinessCenter! Easy to use and navigate. The social media tab is a little confusing and you have to bounce around to do anything but other than that I love it!

Online payments, estimates, scheduling, email marketing, website, listings, reviews, automation, integrations like Square, quick books, or Shopify. Thryv has it all.

Thank goodness for Thryv! It has become an extension of myself and a powerful tool for my business. ThryvBusinessCenter makes it super simple to take payments on the go (wherever I am) and I love being able to communicate with my customers through ThryvBusinessCenter . Thryv on friends, thryv on!

I’ve been using the Thryv app for the last few months and have enjoyed the simplicity of doing things for the business. Everything from a review online to automatic appointment reminders, this makes managing my business easy and on the go.

I have ThryvBusinessCenter on my phone and absolutely love the connivence of taking payments and staying connected with my clients while I’m on the go. Unlike most apps that have restrictions from the desk top version, thryv allows you to do all the same things from your smart Phone, including sending out email and text campaigns. I couldn’t be more happier with my decision!

Best CRM software out there to run my business from palm of my hand & automate all my client communication & social posting. 1 place & dashboard to manage it all - even my review management. Easy invoicing has made getting paid faster & easier. The email & text campaigns are awesome. Online scheduling & auto text reminders has made my life so much easier. 1 stop shop software to run your business.

Being able to use Thryv fully on my phone was a must. I primarily work off of my phone and needed all the functionality I have when using my laptop.

So far I have been able to do everything I would need to from ThryvBusinessCenter . There were a couple times I needed to figure out how to do something on ThryvBusinessCenter and I was able to reach out to support and get an answer.

App was great for essentials before the update but now it has become something that has more functions, sleeker appearance and better user experience for my clients and their customers. I’ve been using my desktop version way more recently because there are way more options and navigation is way easier. Great job Thryv.

Note:
The integration function is sweet since you can auto integrate all gmail quick books and calendars into one calendar that way no schedule is missing and avoids overlap. From what I understand the customer contact list is integrated the same but haven’t done it yet.

I’ve been looking for something that has all of the pieces that I need to run my business. I’ve been using 6 vendors for different things, this has all of those and a ton more.

I guess this is like my iPhone, I get the free updates with additional benefits at no cost.

Extremely versatile and easy to use app. Really like the credit card scanner and the review notifications.

All of the solutions a business needs In The palm of my hand! This is awesome and has made my life easier! I recommend looking into this all in one solution.
