The app is listing my home address instead of my business address. When I log onto the main website it said my info was sent to 70 sites. Thanks! I hope people don’t start coming to my house. The mobile app is not responsive and not intuitive. Both the mobile app and website freeze up when I upload an image. I’m not really sure what the app or website is doing or to what websites my I do was sent to. After updating the website with my correct business address the mobile app still lists my home address. Have no idea which address is being used to send my info over the web.

No matter how many times we’re told “the next update” will solve all the problems with this app, it never fails to disappoint — and it’s cost a lot more than the initial agreement. It’s caused our business countless hours in trying to correct errors and make workarounds to get payment from customers. It’s truly been an embarrassment to explain why we can’t perform usual and customary transactions.
I think it’ll be GREAT *some* time in the future, but as for now, we can’t recommend any business adopt it.

Do not use this app unless you want to be ripped off the salesperson made false claims about no credit card fees the app is hard to navigate and isn’t adequate for service detail information for customers I was charged twice for one month then when I made a dispute they said the other charge was for the previous month straight trash!
