I am attempting to have the price of the yearly subscription returned. I tried to cancel subscription before end of trial and it said the subscription had already been paid for. In addition, I found boost cleanser did not remove the duplicate pictures in my photos as it said it would. It did not perform as I expected. Please refund the yearly purchase price of 34.99 Thank you Toby Ingram gr.ma.toby@redacted

I tried canceling subscription before end of trial and it said I had already paid for subscription. Please refund subscription price of 34.99 or at least change the subscription to a smaller fee for the month and return the residual amount. I found boost did not perform as I expected.

First. I love your app! I made a major mistake. I was combining all contacts. It asked me if I wanted to delete contacts without emails! I hit yes! Help. Can I recover them??? 75 percent were deleted. People I’ve known for 30 yrs

Close and restart the Boost Cleaner app on iPhone
Update Boost Cleaner app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Boost Cleaner iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Boost Cleaner on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Boost Cleaner network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:

Force Stop the Boost Cleaner App
1. On android, goto Settings » Boost Cleaner » click [Force Stop]

Update Boost Cleaner to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Boost Cleaner App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Boost Cleaner » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Boost Cleaner.

Fix Boost Cleaner unable to contact server/ Boost Cleaner internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Boost Cleaner » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Boost Cleaner » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Boost Cleaner
