After installation I have tried to login my account but every a problem pop up screen comes and opt button is not working. I don’t know why the developers team is not responding to this problem.

very bad service in iPhone, i cant check my balance. whenever i click for ‘tap for balance’ app closed, took me whole night to access DBBLRocket and have to take authorisation for two time. i can’t even check my balance now.

Your service is worst in this whole world. Government should close this service. Do not ever install this. They says no internet connection even if there a good internet connection. OTP will expired within less than 30 seconds. Slowest and worst.

I tried multiple times to open my account but I failed. It says “session does not exist” after I put OTP and PIN (I did it almost instant) again and again. I tried almost 4-6 times. But no luck.

I already have rocket account. My niece uninstalled rocket app from my device. Now when I reinstalled it, DBBLRocket is leading me to to a page where I have to open a new account. Whenever I give my number, I get a call, give my pin and then it asks for password which I don’t get. Please solve the issue with DBBLRocket . I have to pay my tuition fees using rocket. Deadline is closing.

Rocket is far behind Bkash and Nagad which is very unfortunate since it was launched before Nagad. Still no add money feature from cards (visa, mastercard, amex). Bank transfer is also very limited. Backdated app interface compared to bkash/nagad. Only good thing is it has lowest cash out rate. Come on DBBL you can do better than this!

Bill receipt section crashed DBBLRocket . Need to fixed.

After payment of utility bill/ completion of any transaction, a slip is very necessary as a proof of payment. Unfortunately iOS version of Rocket app doesn’t generate any slip. Please consider the issue as early as possible.

It’s good app. Allows use that approach and make it easy on the time to get in touch. Thanks-“Mustafizur”thinking’s

After update 2.5.3 in IOS app crashes. Please don’t update your one.

App is great. Sometime it show wrong user or pin something like that. Even the pin is correct though. So i remove app and downloaded it again. Also profile picture show stretched. And sometimes it take too long to send/cash out money. Best part is i dont need my sim and i dont need to dial. All i need is to login and boyaah.
Although its a great app, recommended.

Rocket apps is really very good financial service in our country’s. But why all of your customers couldn’t use this apps independently. Please make it easier for agent and merchant user. We are waiting for potential step to take immediate action.

After updating new version add money processing to much late, please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I like DBBLRocket , because if they have a good security and end of the day security is everything so I like DBBLRocket very much and I think this is the best security in comparison to others apps

New Rocket's interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Whether I’m checking my balance, transferring funds, or paying bills, the process is straightforward and hassle-free.

I love this new app design. It’s user friendly and easy to understand. All thing is good but sometimes it not gives me permission to login my own account. I guess it’s server related issues. Other all thing is first class :)

It would have been better if KYC had started the update system. It was not necessary to go to the bank and be so embarrassed..😔😔😔
