Posted the review below a while back but now I can’t even get into MyPayQuicker . Crashes immediately. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Had problems with MyPayQuicker for a few weeks. Contacted live chat while logged in from my pc and they told me to delete and download it again. I did so and still can’t get in. Can I give this zero stars??? Come on guys, you ought to be able to make this work! 😔

MyPayQuicker is great when it's working. There are a lot of times (like the last three days) where it's just a blank screen when you log in. Your apps are never updated, which makes it very hard to do business with my Mobile device. I hope you can keep MyPayQuicker operational as it is much easier than logging onto the website.

I haven’t been able to log in using MyPayQuicker in days. It’d be great if MyPayQuicker worked but it doesn’t appear to work any better than the last version. Nice try though but at least MyPayQuicker is prettier.

MyPayQuicker is working great for me. Sometimes there is an issue with it logging on, but not that often. I would however love if you could add the one touch back. I loved how we could use our thumb print to log on instead of typing everything each time.

I had to install this new PQ app after updating my iOS and every time I log in, my balance and transaction history is just blank. MyPayQuicker is useless for me.

It is absolutely ridiculous that MyPayQuicker only works once in a while. All of my Pay goes to MyPayQuicker. I would like to see and verify transactions but I can’t log in. Which means I can’t transfer my money. You are holding my money hostage and not even paying me interest on it. Since this is Pay related what government agencies can get I complain to so you will GIVE ME MY PAY

I can only give MyPayQuicker one star because it shows the balance and deposits only, it does not show any purchases, at least not on my phone (iPhone7plus). Under pending transactions nothing is listed when in fact I have two purchases. If this gets fixed I will go back and amend this review.

1. It doesn’t give you the option to save your login info or at the very least save the user name. You have to enter both every single time you login. Most apps use fingerprint to let you in.
2. You can no longer transfer money to your bank with MyPayQuicker . Or if you can, it’s not obvious on how to do so!

I can’t log in , I have to go to the website and go through multiple places to log in before I can even log into my account super annoying makes it really inconvenient when I need to check my account

Was great until I upgraded from and iPhone 8 to the XS plus. Now every time I try to open MyPayQuicker it crashes. Hopefully a fix for this is in the works!

I had the old app for years and never had a problem with it. This morning I couldn’t login so I downloaded this one and still can’t login. I have tried several times and all I get is the loading circle over and over again.

When I log in, it doesn’t show anything. It doesn’t show a balance, or any transactions. It’s all completely blank. When I check it online it is all there. Also, you can’t save your login which is pretty inconvenient

This is how I am paid by my company, but I can never see my balance! App is slow and only 50% of the time can I log in. I’ve been trying for 3 days now and no luck. Please fix these issues.

I hate that it just says “purchase” and won’t show what store it was. Detail would be nice. It’s also harder to log in. Maybe a remember me or fingerprint would be good.

Every time I try to open MyPayQuicker it just shuts down after about a second or two! Also you can’t see all your transactions on the front screen.

Unable to open MyPayQuicker ! Crashes! How am I supposed to check my balances quickly? I have to go to the website and login each time. Fix this please!!

The older version let you transfer funds to your own bank account. Now you can’t. New version is dumb and needs to be fixed.

I just downloaded MyPayQuicker to manage my pay card and it's totally useless. I just get this blank screen. Thank god I didn't have to pay for this. I hope there's an upgrade soon!

MyPayQuicker for Younique doesn’t let you log in. It just spins and goes back to telling you to log in. It’s not my user name or password cause I can login on browser!!! Please fix

App crashes immediately upon opening it. Customer service doesn’t try to fix the issues. Worst way to get paid ever.
