Can’t even login

Posted the review below a while back but now I can’t even get into the app. Crashes immediately. PLEASE FIX THIS!
Had problems with this app for a few weeks. Contacted live chat while logged in from my pc and they told me to delete and download it again. I did so and still can’t get in. Can I give this zero stars??? Come on guys, you ought to be able to make this work! 😔

It is absolutely ridiculous that this app only works once in a while. All of my Pay goes to this app. I would like to see and verify transactions but I can’t log in. Which means I can’t transfer my money. You are holding my money hostage and not even paying me interest on it. Since this is Pay related what government agencies can get I complain to so you will GIVE ME MY PAY

I can only give this app one star because it shows the balance and deposits only, it does not show any purchases, at least not on my phone (iPhone7plus). Under pending transactions nothing is listed when in fact I have two purchases. If this gets fixed I will go back and amend this review.
