How to fix myHenner app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the myHenner app on iPhone
Update myHenner app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall myHenner iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix myHenner on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve myHenner network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

myHenner Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix myHenner not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the myHenner App
1. On android, goto Settings » myHenner » click [Force Stop]

Update myHenner to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear myHenner App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » myHenner » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart myHenner.

Fix myHenner unable to contact server/ myHenner internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click myHenner » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto myHenner » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
