Does not support native iOS password manager. Excruciating load times. User-hostile interface. (Perfect example: a search form for care providers that has more than one required field and a “clear” button in the default position where the “search” button would be on any app not designed by a committee of imbeciles.) This is clearly a project coded by a third party and managed by people who don’t bother to use myHenner .
They don’t process claims in their own posted timeline, can’t keep track of EOBs, can’t fix problems on the phone. App is buggy and doesn’t work most of the time when I use it. Terrible.
