I have a problem with MSP Manager

- No option to format phone numbers for contacts

- Notifications haven't been working since the latest update

- Ticket requests don't always show and lack detail

To resolve MSP Manager network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the MSP Manager App
1. On android, goto Settings » MSP Manager » click [Force Stop]

Clear MSP Manager App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MSP Manager » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MSP Manager.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MSP Manager » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MSP Manager » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MSP Manager
