- The inspection feature is frustrating and often freezes up

- Uploading photos to work orders is barely better

- The app is buggy and hard to use

- Not clear on the sign-in screen and download page that the app can't be used by property owners

- Needs to expand account types able to use the app to be customer-first and build experiences for the entire ecosystem.

Gives error message when connecting Navy federal account. Does not reflect that it is connected. Navy federal sends email verifying that I have given access to my account to appfolio
