So I honestly don’t write review, but my patience has run thin. It’s been 3 month that I have been dealing with this issue. this app was taking the money out of my account, but the money was never making it to my credit card. I called customer service and the guy, Armin, seems so helpful. I thought the issue would be resolved easily. Another month goes through and the are still taking money out of my account, but again the first and now the second payment never reach my credit card. I call again, he makes a few calls and gets back to me that I have to call Wells Fargo because that is where the money is. Mind you, I don’t bank with Wells Fargo and apparently this app doesn’t use them either, so atp I’m confused. So this app is telling me they can not refund MY money until Wells Fargo releases the fund. When I called Wells Fargo they can’t help me because I don’t have an account with them so basically I’m going around in a circle and I’m highly annoyed. So now I’m asking if we can put a hold on this account that is taking money out, because I’m scared if I deactivate the whole account I can’t get my money back. I have called and sent emails and no one is responding.
