So I changed phones a little while ago, and I had been catching up on moving over apps still-- then suddenly I find my Royal Farms ROFO account has conveniently 'forgotten me' - including any past rewards plus all my previous existence. As in, my email apparently doesn't even exist. I have past emails going back a few years to prove I was a member, but conveniently now- they got to keep any rewards I had on there and all my past info--- and even stopped sending me emails!!! There is no way to contact their corporate office - and no legitimate way to complain. WHAT IS GOING ON? I know the last few years have been rough, but LOL stealing points from customers and eliminating information, now that is absolutely desperate! SAD
