I lost my card and have been trying for days to get my account transferred to a new card. I can't believe how impossible this is to accomplish. On one screen, the instructions were to click My Account and select Update my card . There is no such thing as either of these available. Another screen states, "Select lost member card login" I can't find that either. The number for customer service, 844 830 4792, has been busy for four days no matter when I call (various times- 23 calls).

When I use my ROFO Rewards Card the pump asks for a member number ( 2176) which I have been using but it won't accept. Please notify me as to what am I doing wrong.

I transfered my rewards successfully to the new app a few weeks ago. I then entered my new card number on the website, but have been unable to transfer my RofoPay account to the new card. I get a message that states my email is currently associated with another Zipline account (of course it is--my old card!!) and to call 877-403-2222. I have called Zipline multiple times over the last 2 weeks, being put on hold for hours at a time. Everyone I have talked to says something different. My old card number is apparently still active with Zipline, even though I deleted that card and entered the new card on the website. The last person I spoke with said that Royal Farms has to send Zipline an email giving Zipline permission to add the new card. Progress, I thought! But when I called the number for Royal Farms that he gave me--844-830-4792--the phone menu still routed me back to Zipline! I am very disappointed that I am unable to use my RofoPay account to get the fuel discount. Please have someone call me at 267-844-0509 to rectify this situation ASAP. My new card number is 639471358067888203.

Really not what I thought at all

I downloaded this app b/c I go to Royal Farms daily if not twice daily and the cashier kept telling me how I could be getting every seventh cup of iced tea free. So I finally downloaded it, added the card the cashier gave me and went on about my day. I forgot my phone in the car and the cashier told me to enter my phone number and it will bring it up. I did and it said invalid. I left and double checked my phone number was right when I had my phone and it was so I don’t understand y it won’t recognize me with the “alternate option” of providing ur phone number. I also have been trying to add it to my apple wallet where I keep all my cards and it won’t allow me to, it keeps giving me an error every single time. So what I have learned is that this app is the same as if I carried the actual card in the store with me and scanned it in that way, which is pointless b/c the reason I downloaded this was to have the digital app and receive my punches with my phone number. If not fixed within a week or so I will be deleting to make room for an actual digital reward card app that honestly just does what it says it will. Really disappointed in this app

Horrible app experience

I have downloaded my share of crappy apps from Apple’ App Store; but I have to say this one bites the Big One. This is definitely an app that will get deleted immediately after writing this review. I would have expected the poor design & lack-luster experience on the Royal Farms app 10 years ago... but it is now 2021 and every app should be 100% at this time. It’s not even worth the bandwidth in my opinion. It really should just be marketed as a Digital Loyalty Card only, it’s useless otherwise. You cannot even use the digital card at their gasoline pumps, therefore you still have to carry the physical card too which totally defeats the purpose of having a digital loyalty card. Also, I tried to add the worthless RoFo card to the Apple Wallet on my iPhone and of course that wouldn’t work either; just error messages when trying to add it. I have added three other digital cards to the iPhone Wallet without an issue (although the Apple Wallet is severely lacking overall with digital experience in mind, should be much better at this point as it has been years).

Since update unable to use

This app is terrible with iOS. I called help desk and someone said they would call me back they still haven’t. The app is telling me wrong password and to reset but never sends email to do so. I went on a computer and logged in with the same email and password the app told me was invalid and changed the password. App is still telling me the password is incorrect. I have deleted it and re-downloaded the app and still no luck. Awful and no customer service on the help line.
