Tried to sign up with UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive, it appeared to take all the information but wouldn’t let me log in. Tried online as well, but it told me the password was wrong, and wouldn’t let me reset it, complaining that it could not generate a secure token.

Tried to reregister with all the same information, it took it all but told me the card was already registered to another account...an account with the same email address I just reused!

I have to assume that UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive doesn’t talk to the home database or something, but I had to throw away the card because who knows how many points are on it. Fortunately it was new, so no big,loss, but do not try to register a card you use a lot with UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive.

I have been trying to log in this new app for 5 months now. I love UDF I been had a card, but it will not let me log in. I called tech support they said yes we see your information will send an email to reset your password it never came! I go on UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive to reset password! IT NEVER CAME! It’s so frustrating. I like the previous app way better!

I have been having problems with UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive for the last two months. Icons within UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive do not work. I have made three reports over the last two months to the company about these problems. They say they will get back with you in 24 hours. But, they never do. I have yet to hear from now on regarding issues within UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive . It’s not worth the aggravation.

Literally cannot get into my account. Tried to add new card. Can’t because it says this email already exists. I enter email to request new password and it say the email address is invalid. Try on PC. Same issue. The worst.

Nothing at all works on UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive. Rovertown, get your crap together! Can't add a card, can't register for a digital card, can't login, forgot password link dosen't work, and I was able to bypass the confirm your email click. This is utterly horrible.

Udf itself though I love.

I was excited to get the birthday ice cream . Happy Birthday Robert. However I did not get to select my choice of favors. What I had to choice from was coffee(UCk) and Peanut butter and jelly Flavors. I should not have not wasted my time.
Clerk did not ask for UDF drive card and took forever to get my change back. And no one else was In The store!

Why couldn’t you have just done an update on the old app instead of forcing us to download a new one. Couldn’t get my discount so I didn’t purchase.

Waited forever for a malt then they were out of chocolate milk all my word there are three of them putting away groceries no I wanted to make them out for me

I love UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive and I love UDF! Lately I’ve been having so many problems with accessing weekly coupons!! I’m so sad I keep missing out on my freebies because UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive force closes and will not allow me to access them. Please fix this soon

App is slow and has limited basic usefulness. Store locator not helpful as it does not show accurately nearby locations. Does not even have store hours.

I cannot delete old messages

Takes way too long to open while I am in line at the store. I think they should update to where you can add the card to your wallet! Other than that UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive is okay.

My favorites in it. One bite and I’m in love. Can’t wait for it to b in a box for sale. Yummy ! Already shared it with friends. Gonna b in my top five favorites.

I picked up my free water at the UDF on Woodman and had the most pleasant experience. Everyone was so very nice and kind, I will definitely be back to this location!

I got UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive because a friend had it & I didn’t want to miss out. I’m glad I did because I use it all the time now!

The old app you could use without logging in. I would be fine with having to login to use this new app, except the login screen just shows the email address entry bar, but no password entry or anything. After I enter my email address, I can’t progress further beyond that. Very poor design and execution after attempting to pass the new app off as something so much better.

Downloaded the new UDF app and attempted to log in. A screen appears with a big UDF logo on the top half and instructions on the bottom half to use your existing email address and password to log into the new app. You can just make out a sliver of the area where you’d enter your log in info but the screen won’t let you scroll down to the sign in area to enter your info. Would have thought that someone in the development team would have tested this before making it available to the public. I guess they decided to save a couple of bucks and let the users do the final testing of UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive !

App Store states app is compatible with iOS 10.0 or above. But app will not allow you to login if you have an iPhone 6 with iOS 12.4.3. I called UDF customer support and was informed issue is most likely related to having an iPhone 6. Without being signed in you can’t even see gas prices or report feedback inside UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive .

The update log me out of the old account. It did not recognize my old credentials. It forced me to get a new account. Now I have two apps on my phone, neither of which work correctly. For now: one star.

The older version worked great this latest version won’t load in keeps telling me I have to download the new version which I keep downloading but doesn’t function.
This new version needs to go.

Never had any problems with UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive until this latest update. Can’t even register my account now. Nothing is working.

After being prompted to update UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive when I went in to UDF for a coffee, I couldn’t accomplish it which negated my earning of gas cents off. Later I thought I got it updated, now every time I login, I get then “update app” page and have to go through the procedure. EVERY TIME!!!

I had many of the similar issues other people had once it came to getting my account to work but once I got passed that, UnitedDairyFarmersUDrive works great. I love that I can keep track of my U-drive rewards and see what I have earned.

The new version has been fixed and updated to work on older iPhones. You can now login. Make sure the new app is updated or reinstall.

Love the new layout and experience of the UDF App.

Trying to remove card from my husbands account in order to add mine. He won’t let me. Says I have to remove the Rovertown card. No such thing
