Hello, im trying add a device inte my EWPE Smart app. I follow steps from manual, but in the last step (when i select home wifi) the app don´t connect with my device throught my home wifi. I've tried to change home wifi band to 2.4 ghz and the result is the same, returns error. If i try to connect trought a phone wifi access point, the app works fine. I need to now if i have to change something into my wifi router to allow app connect with my device (open ports, access to ip server,...) Thanks.
Good afternoon, I have been using EWPE to control my GREE Heat Exchanger for several years now. I am presently 2000 miles away from appliance. I have had a problem where when The electricity goes out for several hours and then comes back on where the appliance is I am disconnected. I am 2000 miles away from the appliance for the next several months. Is there a way to reconnect from a distance?

Hello good morning. I´m using your EWPE Smart to control my heat pump, and it is working fine. But now lately it is not working as before I have issues connecting from out of my house using my cellphone using a 4g/3g mobile connection. When I use the wifi connection works fine when I go to work and I try to use the app to turn on or off but it doesn't work. best regards Pedro

i don't get the ewpe smart program to work. don't let me log in. report wrong mail.I uninstalled the program. because the heater started when I opened the ewpe smart program. I downloaded again but I can't register
I'd like to add my Fisher Aircondition the app, but it ask me to remove the power from the AC. These airconditionals nowadays has direct connection, no easy way to remove the electricity. How can I teach my wifi to the AC? If I press the 'mode'+'wifi' button on the remote controller it beeps one time, but nothing happens...

It’s 2019. It should know geo location and pick correct F or C for temp. Use of icons is completely un-intuitive. Have to scroll through then to see what they are for; meanwhile this causes your unit to cycle modes and waste energy. Has SE mode which is “save energy” but could be conveyed much better, with an intuitive icon or ES for “energy saver” mode. Need to provide help menu to explain how to use app as it is completely un-intuitive. Really need that instruction manual, written in American English.

Since I bought this unit, been trying 2 days to get signed in on my phone. The app takes your sign up data, but when I head over to sign in, app says that data inserted is wrong. Deleted app, re-installed, several times, with several different sign up data, same story. This is just the sign up/in phase, and I still need to see if it actually works with the A/C unit once logged in.

Signing in with email does not work and the company doesn’t send an email for PW retrieval when sent. I was only able to sign in using Apple ID. Binding email does not work either when prompted. Also, cannot use Alexa or Google because unable to sign in.
