  Very basic. Needs major user interface improvement

  It’s 2019. It should know geo location and pick correct F or C for temp. Use of icons is completely un-intuitive. Have to scroll through then to see what they are for; meanwhile this causes your unit to cycle modes and waste energy. Has SE mode which is “save energy” but could be conveyed much better, with an intuitive icon or ES for “energy saver” mode. Need to provide help menu to explain how to use app as it is completely un-intuitive. Really need that instruction manual, written in American English.

  Does not even sign you up!

  Since I bought this unit, been trying 2 days to get signed in on my phone. The app takes your sign up data, but when I head over to sign in, app says that data inserted is wrong. Deleted app, re-installed, several times, with several different sign up data, same story. This is just the sign up/in phase, and I still need to see if it actually works with the A/C unit once logged in. FIX IT!

  Very very bad..

  This app is not usable. AT ALL! Request to european servers last for 30 sec and in 99% of cases gets time out. Why apo does not work when AC is connected to internet which has dynamic IP? Why dont you ping servers from AC each 24h? You think that in cottage houses we have landline and internet other than mobile broadband? Please fix those issues!

  Timer not working

  It would help if the timer actually gave you a visual of how much time is left. It would also help if the timer function actually worked. I set it for 30 minutes but the air still stays on. Fail.

  This app is horrible

  Hard to get ACs connected, then for a week it worked and now it logged me out and says “network times out” when I try to log back in, it doesn’t work AT ALL

  Once I managed to figure that out, it was better.

  Alexa no longer working.

  Alexa no longer working. It’s just permanently telling me that the device is unresponsive. Please fix it. The app is still working sporadically.

  Stupid add keeps signing me out. And they had a weird password policy so I have to keep requesting a new password

  It’s 2019! Add supoort for Home Kit, Alexa and Google home. Also bring ability to turn off beep sounds. Add timer options for Group control.
