WHEN and IF EwpeSmart lets you connect a device and actually works it’s pretty good and decent for what it’s meant to do. The problem here is that it have horrible connectivity issues, it randomly signs you out and doesn’t let you sign back in or reset password (it says verification sent but nothing ever arrives) if you are able to sign in sometimes it doesn’t let you connect a device. It just needs a lot of work and Devs just don’t care apparently.

It’s 2019. It should know geo location and pick correct F or C for temp. Use of icons is completely un-intuitive. Have to scroll through then to see what they are for; meanwhile this causes your unit to cycle modes and waste energy. Has SE mode which is “save energy” but could be conveyed much better, with an intuitive icon or ES for “energy saver” mode. Need to provide help menu to explain how to use app as it is completely un-intuitive. Really need that instruction manual, written in American English.

Frequently issues connecting to a/c with EwpeSmart. Have another ac unit which is Midea, and the Midea Air app is more reliable and easy to use. If the Midea a/c is turned off due to a power outage when power is restored and the ac unit turns on again, it reconnects smoothly to the Midea Air app, but when the same happens with my AirMax unit, I experienced reconnection issues of the ac unit with EwpeSmart. Needs improvement.

Since I bought this unit, been trying 2 days to get signed in on my phone. EwpeSmart takes your sign up data, but when I head over to sign in, app says that data inserted is wrong. Deleted app, re-installed, several times, with several different sign up data, same story. This is just the sign up/in phase, and I still need to see if it actually works with the A/C unit once logged in.
FIX IT!

On the main screen I can turn off and on the air conditioner, but if I try to get into the air conditioner, the screen turn white and I can not do anything. I tried reconnect the air conditioner like 5 times, restarted the phone 3 times , and I can not solve it. Please help.

Signing in with email does not work and the company doesn’t send an email for PW retrieval when sent. I was only able to sign in using Apple ID. Binding email does not work either when prompted. Also, cannot use Alexa or Google because unable to sign in.

EwpeSmart is not usable. AT ALL! Request to european servers last for 30 sec and in 99% of cases gets time out.
Why apo does not work when AC is connected to internet which has dynamic IP? Why dont you ping servers from AC each 24h? You think that in cottage houses we have landline and internet other than mobile broadband?
Please fix those issues!

I get a timer. I used EwpeSmart for months and now, all of a sudden, it doesn’t work. Nobody else in my family was ever able to get it to work and I was the lucky one. My luck changed. Too bad because the idea is great.

Each time you update an app you need to re-register and connect ALL of the appliances you have been registered and conected already i previous version. Too much work
over and over...

It was working perfect with alexa until 2 to 3 weeks ago. Pleas fix that as soon as possible. I feel that that was the key feature that make EwpeSmart great, because I use it.

It would help if the timer actually gave you a visual of how much time is left. It would also help if the timer function actually worked. I set it for 30 minutes but the air still stays on. Fail.

I get a notification to download an update and it does update, but I don’t get access to the AC device. It just keeps saying to download plugin which I have a million times already.

1. Periodic disconnect.
2. Can only turn on/off with timer function (can’t change temp for example at night).
3. If someone touches any button on the remote , EwpeSmart tuner settings are all turned off

Once I managed to figure that out, it was better.

App quit working on my iPad mini.
App will no longer work on iPhone XR—login request always times out.

App should be made to work in landscape mode also.

Don’t forget your password or you will be locked out of EwpeSmart forever! It fails when trying to send reset emails.

EwpeSmart a giant burning pile of manure. Really sad.

Hard to get ACs connected, then for a week it worked and now it logged me out and says “network times out” when I try to log back in, it doesn’t work AT ALL

App on itself works fine, but can’t log in to pair my AC with Alexa

EwpeSmart continuously lost the connection with 3 of the air conditioner we have. I need to keep resetting the network. EwpeSmart requires an update.

Alexa no longer working. It’s just permanently telling me that the device is unresponsive. Please fix it. EwpeSmart is still working sporadically.

Stupid add keeps signing me out. And they had a weird password policy so I have to keep requesting a new password

It’s 2019! Add supoort for Home Kit, Alexa and Google home. Also bring ability to turn off beep sounds. Add timer options for Group control.

EwpeSmart works sometimes and sometimes not. It’s awful. You can’t trust this
