Why should we have to pay to transfer files between hardware we’ve already purchased? Shameful. It’s also not clear how data is used/stored during the transfer process.

Can’t connect my QNAP NAS anymore

After a software update with my QNAP NAS, I turned on the 2 Step verification to protect my account, then PhotosBackup stopped working. Shows below:
Login not succeed
Please check user name and password
Note: 2-step verification is not
supported

The "Go Pro" nags are ridiculously frequent

I'd love to give a full review of PhotosBackup but I can't work on anything for more than roughly 10 seconds without a new nag pop up asking me to "Go Pro". How about you give the user a chance to explore PhotosBackup for a while before bombarding them with nags? I've been happy with my NAS so far but this has me wondering if I should have bought a Synology NAS instead. Really disappointing.

Not all the photos transfer to NAS.

Especially png files exported with snapseed photo editor. PhotosBackup can’t see or recognize the png files at all.

When it works it's not bad

PhotosBackup stopped finding the server even though I could hit the same IP with web and qfile. It also converts videos before upload which will stop working if you're low on space and seems unnecessary on a LAN. I think the qfile app works well enough. I regret purchasing PhotosBackup and no longer use it.
