Backup Sync Reviews

BackupSync represents a pretty accurate summation of where this company has gone since the date it’s app was last updated. What even is this anymore? Does this exist within your current suite of services? If not, why is this in BackupSync Store?

I would avoid BackupSync, as well as any others developed by Webroot, like the plague. Their products have recently turned into relics of a bygone entity who has been lapped by their competitors/adversaries in the proverbial cybersec race. Lax updates, downgraded control/functionality with each iteration, and downright bricked compatibility with many Apple OS’s.

I agree..doesn't download on an iPad..keeps sending error message.

This is an additional $60 for a year after you purchase SecureAnywhere up to 3 devices but apparently mobile is not included without additional charge. You have to buy a key code. Disappointed :(

I didn’t know my key code so I had trouble so now I lost all my pictures that I want back

Don’t buy this if you expect to get support! You have to have a key-code to access your program and they conveniently fail to send you one‼️

Stupid app

Does not work. I have iOS5. Cannot get into BackupSync at all.

How do I actually MAKE an account?!?
Please help. Am I just not seeing it or something?

Hey guys, don’t bother buying or downloading BackupSync, it wont function and as soon as you do it wants a key code that you have to purchase in order to make it work. Tried downloading this in order to get files from google drive, and failed. Just going to get them onto iCloud then drop them to my tablet. Way less hassle

Like the majority of reviewers I saw, I cannot login. Do they have this thing called customer support?

As with other reviewers, won't accept my credentials and let me log in..

BackupSync doesn't even work any longer. Save your company the embarrassment and yank this thing off BackupSync list!

Can't even log in. The only reason why I went with webroot was for the iPhone app and it doesn't even work!! What a waste of money

Well I have tried 3 times to download and use BackupSync. this is the 1st time it downloaded completely and now BackupSync will not open. Any support?

wasted 45 minutes of my life trying to login. its like playing "game and watch". is BackupSync a joke or what, cause im not laughing.

Great app but it needs an option to be able to upload more than one existing media file at once. Once it has that, then five stars.

Webroot is the best pc Virus program on the market. It works great with BackupSync. The backup / Sync cloud works great.

I was able to get my old files back! A few weeks ago my old laptop stop booting up and I was able to retrieve my old files from the web because i had previously sync them with Webroot online.
