Why should we have to pay to transfer files between hardware we’ve already purchased? Shameful. It’s also not clear how data is used/stored during the transfer process.
Can’t connect my QNAP NAS anymore

After a software update with my QNAP NAS, I turned on the 2 Step verification to protect my account, then this app stopped working. Shows below:

The "Go Pro" nags are ridiculously frequent

I'd love to give a full review of the app but I can't work on anything for more than roughly 10 seconds without a new nag pop up asking me to "Go Pro". How about you give the user a chance to explore the app for a while before bombarding them with nags? I've been happy with my NAS so far but this has me wondering if I should have bought a Synology NAS instead. Really disappointing.
