I've tried countless times to check into my flight both online and on the app and the sites tell me that an error has occurred. All my information has been inputted correctly.

I can not edit any info using the Aeromexico app, how can this info be fixed. There is no online chat, all you get is errors when trying. Nothing about this app works its very frustrating

I am a Canadian but when I try to put in my credit card information for an upgrade, and input my billing address, the app will only accept numbers for a 'zip code' rather than letter and number option for Canadian 'postal code'. This needs to be FIXED. Causing all kinds of problems.

I am a Canadian but when I try to put in my credit card information for seat selection, it defaults to US locations ie. gives me only numbers for 'zip code' rather than letter and number option for Canadian 'postal code'. Hence, I cannot continue checkin.

Web page freezes after I click the "Management" or "Personalize" button to the right of my trip. I only get the three airplane windows flashing continuously until I close the page. Also, the "check in" and "My Trips" buttons on the top bar don't do anything; nothing happens when I click either one. I can select "My Trips" from the button on the far right, where my name is; but there is no way provided for me to check in for a flight. This is happening on three devices - A Windows 10 PC with Google Chrome, and also on the app on an iPhone, and on the app on an Android Galaxy 10 tablet. It is not device specific. And it has been like this for several weeks now. I'm worried that I will not be able to check-in for my upcoming flight on Saturday.

App does not work and i have removed and uploaded again.
