I want to file a complaint about damage items in a flight from Boston to Mexico.
I was charged twice by Aero Mexico on the ONE checked baggage on flight AM 0642 from Mexico City to LAX. Once on 12-16-22, I tried to check my bag online, but your website stated there was an "error" and could not process my credit card payment of $30.41 ($600 Pesos). I than paid $600.00 pesos at the airport for that same one bag I checked in on 12-17-22 on. Both charges were on the same Visa Credit card for $600.00 pesos each., the first on 12-16 and the 2nd on 12-17-22. Please credit my credit card $30.41 (a Duplicate Charge). Yo cancele mi vuelo el 20 de Agosto 2022 y me dijeron que mi reembolso se iba a llevar de 6 a 8 semanas. Volvi hablar porque no se ha hecho mi reembolso y me dijeron que era de 8 a 12 semanas ,ya pasaron mas de 12 semanas y todavia no tengo mi reembolso. Mi confirmacion de vuelo es YRRERE era saliendo de Sacramento CA con destino a la Cd. de Mexico y el No. de confirmacion de la cancelacion es 1390491288695. Me comunico al telefono que tienen en su web y no tienen la suficiente informacion para decirme porque no tengo todavia mi reembolso.
Requiero del apoyo para poder facturar el importe pagado por equipaje documentado. No viene incluido en mi factura. Boleto F-1392132992312 Quedo atenta a sus comentarios. Gracias.

We have a trip from Miami - Mexico - Mexico - Santiago. With the transfer in Mexico. We were paid in Miami full price for overweight of our luggage. Especially before we were clarifying this question with the representative manager of AeroMexico, and she wrote on our boarding passes that the all luggage were paid for overweight until Santiago (Chile). But staff in Mexico wanna enforce us pay again. In their website nothing common with that. Representative manager avoid to talk with us. Ridiculous. I will delete application of AeroMexico from my phone and never use this airlines again.
Thanks, but enough! And in this pandemic situation they do not care about their reputation, when market is on the bottom... we will see

While a layover in Mexico City I had my boarding tickets in the app, but the app stopped showing the second ticket so I could not go through connecting flights. I had to step outside and print my ticket and go through security checkpoint for a second time.
Also the app, could not connect to Apple Wallet. Therefore I was not able to send my boarding tickets there. Overall, I like Aeromexico, but this time I have to say the app needs improvement, come on guys, having a boarding ticket is a basic user scenario.

App crashes constantly
checkin Changes seats for no reason on revisiting
Purchased a bag, my credit card was charged, then it has me registered as 0 bags again and asked me to pay again (which would have charged me again had I done it)
Pop up appears that makes user Abandon the checkin flow and makes you restart
Inconsistent data entry (and re entry)
Super slow (website is 20x faster??)
Sometimes end up on blank page and have to abandon checkin and start over
Took me 20 mins before I decided to just use mobile web which was functional at least
Worst airline (and maybe In general worst) app experience I’ve ever seen as an extremely frequent global and domestic traveller and iOS app developer
