We have a trip from Miami - Mexico - Mexico - Santiago. With the transfer in Mexico. We were paid in Miami full price for overweight of our luggage. Especially before we were clarifying this question with the representative manager of this app, and she wrote on our boarding passes that the all lug... Show more gage were paid for overweight until Santiago (Chile). But staff in Mexico wanna enforce us pay again. In their website nothing common with that. Representative manager avoid to talk with us. Ridiculous. I will delete application of this app from my phone and never use this airlines again.
Thanks, but enough! And in this pandemic situation they do not care about their reputation, when market is on the bottom... we will see

While a layover in Mexico City I had my boarding tickets in Aeromexico , but Aeromexico stopped showing the second ticket so I could not go through connecting flights. I had to step outside and print my ticket and go through security checkpoint for a second time.

Also Aeromexico , could not... Show more connect to Apple Wallet. Therefore I was not able to send my boarding tickets there. Overall, I like this app, but this time I have to say Aeromexico needs improvement, come on guys, having a boarding ticket is a basic user scenario.

Web version just simply won’t pull up in Safari on iPhone.
Tried using the mobile app to simply check in, filled out two passenger’s information (DOB, email, phone #, passport info, emergency contact, etc - all required fields) twice and both times I received an error message with no explanatio... Show more n and all information was erased.

Aeromexico is an absolute disaster. Couldn’t retrieve my trip after booking through a third party. Had to jump through circles just to select the seat. Things that are so simple to do on other major airlines apps is an impossible task on Aeromexico. Absolutely horrendous, glitchy, inconsistent bit of tech

Took me 20 mins before I decided to just use mobile web which was functional at least

Worst airline (and maybe In general worst) app experience I’ve ever seen as an extremely frequent global and domestic traveller and iOS app developer

I fly with this app quite often. Aeromexico never lets me do my checkin. No matter if it’s a national or international flight. Always get a message that an error occurred. I’ve tried to book flights on Aeromexico and you simply cannot read the text due to it not fitting properly. I have my text set to larger so it’s possible they did not take this into consideration. If they fix this it would be a decent app.

I flew from GDL to ORD. I was told that I was on the list for upgrade to Premiere. Turns out there was NO premiere. It was all Turist class. I think if there are markets that deserve an intro or different level of product, then there should be certain minimum standards, offer the plus seating, duty free should be standard on all international flights. Seat Back entertainment!! Who doesnt have it in 2019, WIFI! None of that was offered.
I am not looking forward to flying home on the same old and tired plane.

Aeromexico was supposed to provide users an easier way to access and manage flight reservations. Instead it is so frustrating waiting for Aeromexico to retrieve information from this app system. Aeromexico shows a “loading” page that never ends...

It seems like check in is going to be a breeze until you get to seat selection. You can't see which other seats are available and if you try to change your seat, it gets stuck. If you manage to make it to the end, it gets permanently stuck processing your check-inrequest. Terrible user experience (... Show more their website is even worse!). You simply CAN'T check in.

Aeromexico is extremely slow and takes a long time to load. It makes no difference if I have fast internet. I also had issues checking in and gaining access to my boarding pass after I checked in. Aeromexico is great when traveling within Mexico or from Mexico, but the alliance with Delta for flights in the US makes it impossible to do anything with your flight. No way to see the seating chart, see the upgrade list, or manage anything about the reservation. It directs you to Delta’s app, wh... this app agents always go the extra mile for me. When facing issues with my documents they pushed the system to find a solution.

With better service, better planes and confortable seatings, you can’t go wrong glying them.

I have been flying with this app for almost 20 years now and I consider it to be Mexico’s best airline. Love their revamped app, it makes it easy to find your flight and add it to your account. Also the check in process with Aeromexico is fast.

I saw several bad reviews, I wasn’t confident that I would be "successful" using Aeromexico , but I liked it a lot! Really organized, and I was able to book my seats 3 months in advance without paying nothing extra ♥️

It’s a great app and all absolutely love it but just need a little more better flight rates that’s all otherwise it’s very great and the airline is great still need to get or find better rates for their customers

This upgraded app is not working well. I’ve been trying to add a trip, check in and administer a trip to no avail. Keep showing an error message instructing me to contact the Call Center. Every time I travel on this app Aeromexico will never let me check in. I have to go to the counter the day of the flight. Once checked in at the counter Aeromexico will still ask you to check in. I downloaded Aeromexico to have everything handy for my trip today. I have all the info, I checked in and now have my boarding passes ready as well. Very user friendly, for first timers.

After talking to a long number of this app employees, no one has been able to help me change my password!

It is very helpful to have the this app App, because we I can manage my flights, and receive updates of my flights

I enjoyed my trip from Houston to Peru. I will use this app again with Aeromexico . My only complaint is no vegan options for meals.
