MuchBetter has accepted a payout that I got but MuchBetter won’t let me verify my identity. It just says something went wrong over and over. Support has not responded and it has been over 24 hours, close to 48. If this weren’t the case I’d give it 5/5 but I just need some way to get to support.

I made a top up payment to the account. Money was charged from my bank card but the this app balance is still 0 and no transaction history can be seen.

Dont use this wallet. I am diposit 20 USD on my account then withdraw to my BTC wallet already pass 10 days more still i am not received my money on my BTC wallet Then i am sent 3 mail on this app support not get any response.

I update information, choose amount $50 but when I click top up button, it appear nothing.

I would rate this higher but every time I try to top up nothing shows up in the middle of the screen which was suppose to show up so please fix this fast (I’m on iPhone X).
