Four days ago I topped up my prepaid visa to a MuchBetter account and then transferred the amount to my own bank account..because it was difficult to transfer from the prepaid visa to the bank..the amount was deducted but it did not go to my bank account..then I received an email from MuchBetter asking In it about the reason for doing this operation. They asked me to take a selfie while I was holding the card next to my face with proof that the visa is mine.. I did all that and sent it to them.. From that time I did not receive a response from them. I sent them more than 70 emails, but without Feasible..the amount was not sent to my bank account and also it was not returned to the visa and the amount was €1090 and I have read the customers’ comments that they had the same problem and this is considered theft

where’s my money waiting for 3000 canadian i paid crazy fees for transactions that never worked none of the money was returned to for those transactions i spent over 30.00 to withdraw my money that my bank does for free i never used this app and spin casino put it as my Preferred method of payment when i won i withdrew my money and didn’t notice that i did it through this app till it was too late now i’ve been waiting and reading so many bad reviews i got the bank to look and it had good reviews so where’s my money then cause i don’t see how they have good reviews at all pay out your clients. and fix these issues before they ruin this company

MUCHBETTER are theives I made a withdrawal of £1200 on the 9th it’s now the 18th and they still have not given me my money back. They never reply to emails. So I’m currently £1200 out of pocket to these robbers ! Avoid using them .....

Still waiting for a response been 2+weeks

The most terrible customer service ever.. I have sent three emails trying to contact them, and the first was sent 10 days ago. Still no answer from them. Twice it has happend that money was sent from my MuchBetter account but was not recieved on the page I was depositing the money to (mrgreen) . The casino says the money was rejected and that I have to contact Muchbetter. Mrgreen said that the money should go back to my MuchBetter account in a couple of days. The first time this happened is now 9 days ago, but my money is just gone! What is this bullshit? I do not recommend this to anyone. I regret this so bad, never going to use Muchbetter ever again.

Pokerstars told me to withdraw to much better. I verifiëd my account and I cant withdrawal nothing. 6500 stuck on much better. They Dont reply to any e-mails or.social media. They delete my negatieve comments on Facebook.

I won some money on pokerstars and they forced me to withdraw some through Muchbetter because I used them to make deposits. It went to Muchbetter fine but when I try to withdraw from Muchbetter, none of the options work for me. I have contacted them to see if they can sort it out. It seems like many others are having issues as well. AVOID MUCHBETTER FOR NOW UNTIL THEY START SHOWING SOME RESPONSIBILITY

They ha e zero customer service. Compared to all other payment app, this is the absolute worst. They will take more than a day to process a withdrawal. If you are lucky its been 2 days and theyhavent even answered yet. Avoid at all cost
