My frameo is not showing any of my photos or turning on. i have checked the power source and that is working. I have tried resetting it. no luck with that

Received WIFI CLOUD frame Model ZN-DP1002. I charged it up and tried to turn it on, nothing happens. With the charger attached it will come on for about 3 seconds and go off. I would love to use this but I need a to know how to get it to work or replace it.

Ever since the new update, it’s harder for me to put my pictures on my Frameo. After I put the pictures on doesn’t let me go back so I’m not sure if it want the picture went on. I end up putting it on twice. It keeps on saying “Next”

i got a Feelcare 2about 2 years ago as a gift. model HN-DPF7000BLACK, 2021111/00623. and it keeps shutting off on its own and wont come back on until i have to keep unplugging it from the little plug from the back, and i have to do this several times. i have tried to reset it and that didnt make a difference, and i have ckecked the on and off timer and it is off. so do i need to throw it away and buy a different brand, because this one should of lasted longer then what it has. thanks for any info

I'm trying to load a video to my frame, when I select it in Frameo, I'm presented with an error message of "multiple videos cannot be sent at the same time". This is only one video I'm trying to upload. It's an .MP4 file which has been run through HandBrake. What does this error mean and how do I work around it?

Hello, I have a Frameo 10.1 inch WiFi digital photo frame currently running firmware v1.18.7. I’m stuck at the Wi-Fi setup screen — when I select my network, the password field appears but no keyboard shows up, so I can’t proceed. I have a Frameo and love it. I used the Frameo app all the time for the one we have. Purchased a second one to place in my husband's room at assisted living. Named his frame "Larry" and did the setup. When I try to add family and friends using the code given on the frame, I get the following message. An Error occurred. Could not connect to the frame with this code at the moment. Please make sure the frame is online, that the code has not expired, try again. Contact the owner of the frame to get a new code. I am the owner and trying to set up his frame to add photos. If both frames are named differently, I should be able to have 2 frames on the app - correct?

I got this Frameo for Christmas. I had it set to come on at 7AM and go off at 11PM, it worked fine for five months. Then it stopped turning off at 11PM. I tried going through setup and everything was set correct. The only way to turn the display off at 11PM was to turn it off. I tried a reset and that didn't work. Now when I turn it on, it comes up FRAMEO then goes to android and just sits there. How do I get it back up and running again???

My stand broke on my frameo model EW15

Photo is selected to upload to frame. Click on red arrow and photo is blank on next screen. Continue clicking on red arrows and nothing is showing on Frameo. This is what is happening on my wife's iphone. What happens from my iPhone is: photo is selected, red arrow is clicked, photo still showing on screen, continuing clicking on red arrows and photo appears on frame. I have reset the Frameo frame, deleted and re-downloaded the app and set up everything again and the result is the same. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?????

it says my Frameo is off-line. I have tried everything I've rebooted it. I it won't let me add my Wi-Fi information back in when I go to reset Wi-Fi and it says available settings it just scrolls red it never lets me do anything to update the Wi-Fi. when I go to the Support screen and it says take a picture of this QR code, it says no data found

Screen is black. It is completely dead. Worked fine for one year. Is that as long as it lasts??

I received Frameo digital frame for Christmas from my son and I believe the frame is defective. There is a long black horizontal line with little vertical lines going across the black line. It shows up in each picture and I believe it is within the frame itself. Please tell me what it is and how to get rid of it. Otherwise I think it is fair to expect a replacement. Issue with frame not rebooting. Starts to reboot and goes to code screen but reboot function won’t work.

I am trying to use your Frameo310/1 and have set it up. I have connected my daughter to it by sending her the code shown on the frame. However, I can't connect to it myself, using the Biu Frame app. It asks for the frame id and I have typed in the 10 digit number showing as the add friends code. My Frameo won't come back on after being in sleep mode. I finally set the off time and on time to be the same time, so it basically won't ever shut off. This is the only way I've come up to have it on.
