I unplugged my Frameo to give my grandson the access number, Now I can't replug it in the same hole. Please help.

My frameo keeps saying no WIFi But my WIFI working.

Have a few problems- the galley won't access all the pictures. Also, 1 new picture displayed automatically, but other pictures which I know were sent have not. Please help.

As the sender of a photo, can the PRINT SIZE in of the photo description info added by the sender (bottom left corner of photo) be reduced in print size by the sender? To the contrary, can the receiving friend reduce the print size?

Frameo off line. Cannot send pictures from iPhone and iPad. Have tried to turn off and reboot. Says I am off line. I hit Wi-Fi and my Wi-Fi does not appear. Other people Wi-Fi appear. HELP

My Frameo won't come back on after being in sleep mode. I finally set the off time and on time to be the same time, so it basically won't ever shut off. This is the only way I've come up to have it on.

My frameo app will not allow me to send pictures. The pictures stay in ongoing deliveries. I have tried to send pictures to 2 different frames and neither will work. They stay in ongoing deliveries.

I am trying to move photos from my Frameo to my computer. I have connected my frameo, found it in the directory, opened SDPF1096, clicked on internal storage, clicked on DCIM, and the folder is empty...why?

I have connected the frame to one Android device, but I can not connect it to another one. The code I get from the frame is always the same, and when I try to enter it in the app I get the following error: "Oops... could not connect top the frame with this code at the moment. Please make sure the frame is online, that the code has not expired and try again. Contact the owner of the frame to get a new code". But we always get the same code and it does not work. Can you please help me, I brought this frame as a Christmas present and it can not be used

My Frameo will not go into sleep mode. I have set the timer to start at 10:00 pm and end at 8:00 am central standard time. At 1:00 am the frame is still displaying pictures. Why? Just got it Christmas Eve 2021.

Trying to set up frame for Christmas morning. The frame generated a code, my iPhone 12 has the app installed. When code entered in app I get the "Oops... Could not connect to the frame with this code at the moment." Not sure how long a "moment" is. I've waited an hour and NOTHING. Help!!!

Like most above, my frameo won’t power back on. Doesn’t look like any solution has been given for this ongoing problem, so I’m guessing we are just out of luck with a fix. I hope someone reads this before purchasing and finds another device…

I bought a Feelcare frame for my boyfriend for Christmas. His frame just suddenly stopped responding. He tried unplugging it, he tried to reset, nothing is working. Then we got a screen with some listed things and it was sideways and the only one we could access was reboot which we did. Now it is stuck on the Feelcare screen and not doing anything. We have no idea what to do and cannot find an answer anywhere. Please help.

Several weeks ago pictures don’t send…they get stuck in “on going”. We have three phones all doing it. We have two frameos—one is working fine. Everything is on line. Many others have reported this in this thread.

Commencing about a week ago (prior to that I had no issue), when a photo is uploaded to Frameo, the display shows the wrong date. This occurs despite the picture coming from different sources. I have reconnected to the WiFi, ensured that I am connected to the Internet, and rebooted Frameo, all to no avail. Please help.

My Frameo says "Photo cannot be delivered right now since all recipients are offline." The recipient is actually myself and the Frameo is most definitely on line. How can I get it to connect?

Photo will not deliver and message received is all recipients are off line (not the case). Tech support seemed great until you wanted my credit card information in order to answer my question. No thanks.

After an update & a power cycle, the frame refuses to advance to displaying pictures or menus. 5 months old, seems like a piece of junk.

Frame keeps repositioning my photos, turning them upside side. Also, it hides photos all the time. But the worst problem is the white screen that pops up every few seconds. Please advise.

I received my frameo for Xmas, it only worked for a little while. I disconnected it so I could put it on a different place. Now its stuck on the word frameo and the three red dots! It won't go past that. I've already reset it idk how many times and it doesn't work.

Frameo did not come on at regular programed time this morning. I tried the power button..NOTHING ..so I unplugged it and plugged it in again and it came on. After setting up our new frameo, and sending out the code to our adult children, they have been unable to send photos. They receive a message that says "Oops...could not connect to the frame with this code at the moment. Please make sure the frame is online, that the code has not expired and try again. Contact the owner of the frame to get a new code." We were able to get another code, yesterday, and that same code came up again this morning, even though it was supposed to expire around 4:00 a.m. this morning. Our family members have all tried the two codes and so far no one has been able to send photos, and have received the above message. Our first frameo worked fine for two months until it froze. We lost all our photos, returned it to Amazon, and just received this new one yesterday. This is extremely frustrating!

Starting 2/27/2021 like about 30 other people on this thread, everything is stuck in “ongoing deliveries “ it says it’s off line, nothing is off line. This is our first real issue with Frameo. Obviously something happened in February to many of us. Please tell me what to do to fix it.

All of a sudden, whenever my Frameo gets to an uploaded video, there's an error and a black screen. No error code....just a message that there's an error. I've tried doing stuff in the settings, and not sure how to fix this. Please help.

Have a pic stuck in "ongoing deliverlies". I've since redone the upload & have the pic on my frame, but cannot seem to get the original one out of the ongoing tab, which is frankly really annoying. How do I clear this without having to completely delete the app & reinstall?

I am having trouble with adding pictures. It keeps saying that I dont have a connected frame and asks me to put in the generated code from the owner. I am the owner and am trying to add from my ipad app. The name associated with the frame is Memories for Grammy and I am trying to connect through my account name ML Grothusen. I have 3 pictures that I'm trying to add marked "Ongoing deliveries". Even though my Frameo says I'm currently "online" and my wifi is working, it won't load them. When I try it just says "0% sent" or "Currently offline"--yet IT'S NOT OFFLINE, it's online!

First, I would really like a phone number to speak with a technician. Frameo is fine so far and could be terrific. However, I would like to export photos to a Micro SD card. I have tried but from the get go, it tells me I have not yet set up a Backup. I don't know how to set up a Backup. The Automatic Backup is ON. The SD Card is in but I can't do anything?? My new frame, received for Christmas, was working, but suddenly went blank. I've turned it off and on and done several restarts through the hole on the back. Now, it comes up saying Feelcare, then goes blank again.

Hello, my digital photo frame is having serious issues. The screen is flashing and glitching. This started out of no where. The frame hasn’t been touched in days. I have retried rebooting and restarting and it didn’t work. Please help

Pics sent not being received on my end. Sender say when they send pics it confirms pics sent. Wifi says connected. 16 photos stored. 0.01 GB used of 12.75 GB. Last checked for up date Feb 4, 2021. Nothing tells me pics have even sent which haven't been down loaded. Last pics received July 2, 2020 What should I do?
