Huffington post won't operate on a fire tablet
I find that the website (using the Edge browser on a new Lenovo laptop) loads slowly and moving between articles is also slow. I do experience freezes and some crashes.
Have lost ability to access Huffpost on fire tablet, but can still get it on my phone. How can I restore it to tablet?
Only opens in the Italian version Wants me to install Italian version. Started yesterday
I cannot create a message or comment
I can't sign in to Huff Post. I've tried over and over. But when I go to comment it tells me to sign in. I do that and nothing happens.
I cannot call up older messages in the sidebar, making it difficult to converse
For the last month, some Huff Post stories load just fine in the app. Others, especially newer ones, will load the title, but not the body of the article. I can even open the comments section up just fine, but can’t read the articles. Also, when I access the site online, and not on the app, the opposite occurs. I can sign in and read the articles, but not access the comments section. On neither the app or online can I access any of the replies to comments I’ve left. Strange inconsistencies.
For over a month Huffpost loads and every time I try to read an article or watch a video it freezes . I cannot exit the page sometimes I get a "unresponsive" message. The entire site will freeze and I have to try to close down the whole site to return the home page by reloating the entire website. I have absolutely no issues with any other sites. 2/27/22
Articles freeze then I have to close my browser to get off that page.
For about 4 weeks, I’ve experienced the same problem when I read articles in order. Everything gets sluggish, freezes, articles I had not opened suddenly open….ultimately, I have to try my best to close the app, then restart….typically yielding the same result. More recently, I deleted the app and after a while, I reinstalled it—to no avail.
Same priblems, jerky, blanking, freezing and crashing, every time I use it. Get’s worse with each article read.
When articles are opened and I’m reading them on my iPhone they frequently get sluggish and non responsive to scrolling, opening and closing the article and often the app itself. In this state, additionally I’m unable to double tap and swipe the HuffPost app off. While not always the case/culprit I can readily encounter the issue with articles that include embedded tweets. I suspect sloppy embed coding of tweets and potentially articles laden with advertising embedded within the text.
I open a story and begin to read and it suddenly disappears. I try opening again and read a bit more then it disappears again. It’s most frustrating.
For some reason, when reading articles in the Huff Post app on my Fire HD10 tablet I can't see embedded tweets. I've contacted Amazon but haven't gotten a good answer. Any suggestions besides forcing it closed and clearing the data and cache? Thanks
HuffPost will not fully load on ipad. this has been going on since at least 1/2022
