It starts to show photos I want to print, then says some files failed to upload, try again, but hitting OK and trying again gets me nowhere.Sometimes it works but often it doesn't. Could it be that it won't print photos of my daughter's trip to Italy which she texted to me?

I went to pick up my pictures and CVS had no record of my order

After I order my prints and use promo code and .pick store. The cvs app tells me I'm done and gives me a price. I javelin done this manually times. But last week and this week. When I go to pick up my pictures as usual. The store had not received much orders. No record of it at all. Even though I my promo code was accepted and I was given the option to pay in store and a price. I confused as the app always worked great in the past.
