First thing I’d like to review is their amazing customer service. I ordered a hoodie and someone else’s address ended up on my order, I emailed customer support right away and they fixed the issue for me in a polite and timely manner!

The second thing I will be reviewing is the hoodie, I went through so much to find a picture to put on my hoodie that would not be copyrighted, but the time spent was definitely worth it!! I read so many reviews saying that the fabric quality was poor and I can officially say I disagree. Although the hoodie did have a factory smell to it, it was SO SOFT and the first hoodie I have ever bought that fit me perfectly!!

Long story short, the printing is amazing, the fit is perfect, the fabric quality is way better than I expected, and the customer service is outstanding. If you’re still questioning whether or not to order something from them, just do it YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!

I tried to order a long sleeve shirt and a hoodie with my logo on it twice. They would send me a conformation email. I waited two weeks the first time and I emailed no one emailed me back. So I then went to the Instagram and messaged them. Someone then returned my email and said it was canceled for unforeseen circumstances. Which was disappointing because I had paid for rush shipping and I did not receive it in a timely fashion for which I paid extra for shipping on. I also had sent 4 emails before going to Instagram to express my concern. I tried to reorder the same design once again but it said I had already purchased so it did not allow me to try and repurchase. On the second attempt I order two shirts and once again the same thing happened only this time they blamed it on a “BUG” in the system. I no longer have faith in ShirtApp it wasted my time and got my hopes up of purchasing my shirts in bulk for my business with my logo already on it. Don’t waste your time if you live in the USA because it’s a waste of time better off purchasing own equipment and doing it yourself or taking to mall for them to do so.

So I’ve been using ShirtApp to make designs for my brand I’m trying to build and they look great. The pictures and logos look amazing in them even tho it’s so simple, ShirtApp is amazing but I have a few suggestions that could make it even better.

1) Why not make an update or add a feature where you can customize the sleeves of the shirts and hoodies, like add words, lines, zigzags and pictures.

2) Make more symbols available and usable for text, like emojis and kanji. They don’t work on it now but it would be amazing and helpful if they were.

3) add options to make the entirety of the shirts a certain pattern, like leopard print, hounds tooth, vertical and horizontal lines, checkers, and abstract stuff too on the front, back, sleeves, hood, pocket and all.

4) add more payment methods like cashapp, cards, cash, or a simple expansion of the variety of payment options.

5) Add an option to have the hoodie be made with a zipper down the middle.

6) You should also add a color wheel for more than just 12 colors.

I hope that who ever reads this would take these ideas into consideration and apply them to ShirtApp , I really think adding features like the ones I described will be a big up for ShirtApp and I would love to see that.

If I could give this company a negative star review I would. I understand due to COVID items are being delayed, my question to SHIRT APP is WHY would you send out emails and advertise on your website that You “Guarantee items will arrive before Christmas”!? I placed my order of four items on December 6th!!! And 3 out of the 4 items didn’t arrive until TODAY December 29th!!! Oh to add on top this monstrosity of a business I’m still waiting on the 4th item to come in! Way past Christmas hu Shirt APP!?

That’s not even the best part, I open the package all the shirts are barely folded and hoodies were assembled all over the place! Presentation was terrible and not uniform for a real business. Now onto the prints all of the prints and ink looks to have been smeared and not solid, the pigmentation of the prints were of low quality and not worth $30-45!!! I spent $155 ( I also payed for a rushed shipping rate) just to receive crap. One of my hoodies I designed was supposed to have a print on the back and they failed to apply that, there was brown stuff on the from of the hoodie. I need my whole refund back!!!

To be honest with you. I love the idea that you guys have some might like it, but I didn’t think you guys are as good as you promote yourselves. I got an order of three shirts (XL) and a sweater (XL). Two out of three shirts were right size (XL) and the other was wrong (L). Sweater was the right size. I thought the printing was going to be much better, but it just seems like it was digitally put on. Quality of the print was awful. Quality of the shirts and sweatshirt was fine. I read some of the reviews after I bought my order and hoped it would be better than they said. To be honest I’m not bashing the Shirt App, but if you’re looking for some custom shirts or sweaters go to your local screen printer. Because it was worst purchase I’ve made this year. As soon as I pulled out the first shirt and seen the printing. It was a sad day. Spent like $150. Wish I wouldn’t have made the purchase and still had my money. No hate towards Shirt App, but I would not recommend it. I’ll probably make a donation to make local goodwill. I was so hyped for my custom shirts too. Well thanks I guess..

I have had, around, 10 t-shirts made and the quality is just wonderful. I love the layer effect that they offer to make your image POP, if that’s what you choose. They have great deals and work with you if there is a problem. I will go nowhere else to have t-shirt design made in the future, the ones I had done last year have been through multiple washings and the imagine is still as good as when I received it. If you’ve been debating on whether to download ShirtApp., think no further...do it, you be pleased with the outcome!

I really like the quality of both the printing and the shirts they are printed on. I’ve ordered multiple tees from you guys and love each one for many reasons. With that in mind, ShirtApp developers really should update it so that users can invert them/bend/change the shape words they add to their designs... at the moment users have to write them in a straight line with no inversion. It would also be helpful to allow frequent purchasers to get discounts seeing as they multiple purchases, kind of like a frequent shoppers discount. Finally, it would be great if users were able to to create their own logos or access a clip art gallery. This could be achieved by allowing users to create and edit designs and not just add pictures and what not to their designs. It would grant users more creative liberty. Thanks for reading this.

When I first got ShirtApp I was rlly excited to be using this especially since I had a pogo and everything. When i first got ShirtApp I did a trial run to see what would be the price for a black t-shirt( we did not put anything on it just to see ) the price was 10 dollars. After transferring 4 designs and working all day I was ready to purchase my 4 shirts. When it was time to check out the price was 113 dollars. This was a shock to me. The shirts were 28 dollars each, i’m guessing this happened because I added something to it. This really upset me. Maybe this on me for not adding a random design to see if the price changes. I just don’t understand why the price is 28 dollars each. This really sucked and i’m going to have to delete ShirtApp

My order came in!! I love most of the products and am overall satisfy with quality of you guys work. However, I wish there was some inconsistency through my order. There are some
problems I want to resolve with you all. There are two hoodies missing from my order, they’re the only hoodies I had placed and payed for with this order. Also, a shirt had its design peeling off as I unfolded it. I’m not sure if it can be replaced or do I just have to deal with it? I’m hoping you all can help me with that. Following that, I had order the same shirt in 2 different sizes; a medium and a large. The “medium” is quite literally not a medium it’s larger than the other mediums in my order. Finally, there’s a design missing on the back of one of my shirts.
I really hope we can work together to fix these issues. Thank you

I designed and ordered a custom shirt expressing my opinion of a current event. The was no profanity, no copyrighted material and literally nothing offensive. I paid for the shirt and they immediately charged my bank account. The next day I received an email stating that my shirt order was cancelled and it would take 5-10 days to get a refund. I inquired asking why they would not make the shirt and got no response. It is incredible that someone decided they didn’t like my design and censored my first amendment right to free speech and freedom of expression. I could understand if there was profanity or images of violence, but this was innocent. In these times of stepping on the constitution and suppressing free speech I am saddened that a T-shirt company is deciding what is appropriate. I’d love to live in a society where we are free to be ourselves again. I’m am deleting ShirtApp and will never order from them again.

I wouldn’t even waste a star rating on ShirtApp or company. They’re customer service is trash. I ordered 3 shirts with my company logo and I chose and payed extra for the gilden heavy weight hoodies. It took months to get them and once I did the shirts were stained and none of them were correct and one even had a logo on it that wasn’t even mine but the brand of the hoodie was correct. They sent me a replacement order and the shirts were cheap thin hoodies and they were all to small and tight and when I messaged them about it they basically told me to shove it because in the fine print they say when they are short on supplier they use cheap garbage to fulfill the orders even if it’s not what you ordered or payed for. Total joke of a company. Don’t waste your time or money and take it somewhere else that will actually do it right and have good quality.

ShirtApp is absolutely amazing! Easy, simple, and fast. I just got a shirt in that I made and it turned out really well! Great quality. My only suggestion is to add a layering system to ShirtApp . I’m working on a hoodie right now and trying to edit each layer is really difficult. Each time I try to select one it selects a different one and the whole picture becomes out of order. Something I wanted as a background is now coming up to the foreground. If a laying system is added then you can select which picture you want to edit or resize without others being selected. Other than that it’s a great app and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes to create!

Everything trash. They lie about communicating. Literally said I didn’t contact them than sent a screen shot of what I sent. Than they tried to say ok well still all prints are final so instead of apologizing for there mistake of claiming to not have received any emails from me they resort to “well all prints are final” I emailed them over 10 times and got 2 replies in a spams of 5 days. Paid extra to receive it early but got it the same time as i would have for paying extra. The quality is crap, literally they screen print and after 5 washes ur stuff will be faded. I’m not even mad at the product I’m mad about the customer service. Lies, unapologetic, and very unprofessional. ZERO CHANCE I’ll order again and I’ll make sure none of my other people who use ShirtApp use again. If anyone has recommendations let me know. Thanks ☺️

So I made a hoodie with my business name on it. I kinda had low expectations at first because I though the printing would be that sticker kind of stuff that starts cracking over time BUT IT WASNT! :0
It’s almost like it’s dyed into the fabric! It’s super hq and the inside of the hoodie is SO SOFT! I love it!
Only thing I wish you could do is put writing down the arm sleeves. I think that would be pretty cool 👌. Unless that’s already a thing in ShirtApp and I didn’t notice it :p
Anyway! Awesome app 10/10 recommend! (Also the terms of service are super easy to read through!)

I’ve been using shirt app since April 2021 and was able to open up my own small business with my paintings on shirts and they made my dream come true. I love that I’m able to edit it to my liking before purchasing! The customer service has always been professional and helpful too. ShirtApp is very easy to follow and understand. For the size and amount of colors I use to print, the quality is not disappointing! Great quality. Look forward to continuing my business with them 🤝 Thanks, Shirt App!

Ordered two shirts with the same information on them. One came with ink drips all over it and both of them the logo on the back was turned 30% and off center by at least two inches. ShirtApp does not allow you to center exactly with a “plum line” view therefore you are at the mercy of eyeballing everything in hopes that the company will see that you want it centered and adjust it. This is not the case. Very disappointed. If I could say one thing though the pictures were both clear aside from the ink drips on the one although both shirts looked like they had been washed several times because the images were already showing fading and wear like you would expect from a washing machine. I have emailed asking for a refund but we will see how that goes...

The picture (artwork) on the shirts & hoodie came out great. It’s the words that I wanted on them that didn’t. The print quality is terrible. It looks like the shirts have been through a lot of washes already when it came out the packaging like that. The print looks worn. It’s white print printed on dark garments. Looks like y’all did one pass & that was it. Poor print quality. Also for black ink printed on light garments. And why did y’all take away the option to cut out the background in pictures we add to garments? Also y’all should add the option to give different designs for texts. Like the option to arch a word or sentence.

I’ve been waiting for years where I could create whatever I could think of and ShirtApp has granted my dreams to come true 🙏truly thankful for ShirtApp by allowing me to express my imagination on a T-shirt and create a custom design. I’ve always wanted to create my own unique shirts and ShirtApp brings ur ideas to life. Words can’t express how awesome I feel being able to design n they create. Thank you shirt app. Ur truly a great app and will continue to make masterpieces with you all !!!!!

I was upset because I wanted to change a shirt color 5 minutes after ordering. I have to respect your policy. I have been doing shirts with you guys for a while. My designs are ALWAYS exactly what I want. So here is my public apology LOL. I’m sorry please forgive me ;-) keep up the good work.

This last order had a scent of cigarettes or coffee or something, I’ve never experienced that. Not a deal breaker for me but was odd as I’ve never experienced a scent from the shirts before.

Yeah, I was a skeptic. Yeah, this is an honest review. I had a not so great image I photoshopped and upgraded it to 300 dpi, and was still kinda iffy it was going turn out okay. First time I’ve used ShirtApp, and completely surprised by the quality. Very great. Be patient as it takes a couple of weeks. They ship ups surepost so it ships ups to your post office and then they deliver so it will take maybe 5-10 days after you get your tracking number. Worth it though!

This is the easiest, most intuitive app I have found for making custom shirts and sweatshirts. The design is clean and much easier to use than all of the online websites I have tried in the past, plus you can add images straight from your phone camera roll and you don’t have to pay extra based on the amount of colors you use and things like that. Shipping is fast and I’ve experience really good, friendly customer service so far. Would highly recommend as the best app for customizing apparel.

ShirtApp is great! Quality of shirt came out better than I expected. Only concern is the new update doesn’t allow you to change the layout of the text. Please fix this soon! 🙏🏽 Hopefully Id be able to save my designs and come back later to edit/purchase, frustrating to start from scratch every time.

I wasn’t expecting good quality because I’ve seen other company shirts that had the picture print blurry. But I decided to get one printed anyway because I wanted my ancestors pictures on a shirt. After receiving my shirt I was floored by the quality of the shirt and the sharpness of the picture. The clarity and sharpness was just like I designed in ShirtApp . In the future I will be ordering more for our family reunion.

Initially downloaded ShirtApp to design some shirts for a family reunion, not only did I get a discount by following them on IG and DMing them my designs, but the quality of the shirts they print on is icy! Super soft and the color options 👍🏼

After I got my order I realized how fun making shirts was and as a creative it’s the perfect way to test out designs I create to see what they’ll look like on a tee. Basically the possibilities are endless 👀

Horrible customer service! Trying to get a hold of someone is impossible. After 10 emails and Instagram messages I decided to publicly comment on a post on IG and someone finally decided to respond. But then days later I had to do the same to get another response... they lost my order... I made it very clear I needed the shirts for an event and I ordered 2 weeks in advance!!! I didn’t get the shirts until after the event and after I had to sent numerous messages! I spent almost $300 with them and they didn’t fulfill my order on time or professionally! I demanded a refund and of course NO RESPONSE PER USUAL !

I’ve been using Shirt App for a couple years now probably since they popped off but I had to say they have never let me down with the quality of the graphic. I always wanna represent who i admire on my chest and sometimes people don’t make the shirts I make through ShirtApp so you know major shout out to SHIRT APP and thank you for making it so easy to make a shirt. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I love this idea and it use to work on my phone but for some reason when I went to use ShirtApp I couldn’t see the bottom half of the screen so I couldn’t do anything. Deleted and reinstalled and still nothing!! Rlly hope they fix it!

ShirtApp is amazing to think the possibilities are endless with what you can come up with, from the stickers to the camera roll you can do pretty much anything and the turn around is pretty quick too I got my shirt in just a few days after purchase

App is good but I would like to save my designs & edit them later, starting over everytime is a struggle

This is a great app I’ve made multiple purchases w/ and all came as expected but I don’t like how in the new update you can’t change the ability to position the words or letters in different layouts and shapes

I’ve ordered from shirt app a couple of times great quality prints!! They also have great customer services! I’m loving all of the new updates more colors and easier checkout will be make another purchase!

ShirtApp is totally legit!! I ordered 4 shirts for Christmas gifts and they arrived just in time. I wish I had found out about ShirtApp sooner ! I definitely will be ordering more shirts:) also their customer service is great!

Duuuude I love ShirtApp I made some sick tees just from taking pics of me and my homies and they took it from my camera roll, for real I was able to make this dope tee and they sent it super fast! Me and all my friends did it!!

well what can i say? I payed 27 dollars for 1 shirt ( which is pretty expensive if you think about it ) & they sent me a discount right after i purchased something . i have a business & i am willing to order hoodies now that my orders are kicking and ShirtApp wants to start acting weird . if this shirt doesn’t come as expected, i will be getting a refund!

I use ShirtApp all the time to make custom tees and I’m never let down. Cool fonts, customizations and different options really help and the end result always comes out smooth.
