Your service is The worst network I’ve never seen in my life I checked about 11 countries and your network never reached the lowest level of service this service is minus comparing with the cost paid by the customers you are great in one thing you never lose one penny for your right by the bad service you offered

I turned off the option of letting apps ask me to rate them and yet here i am writing a review because ZainCashIraq has managed to annoy me enough to do so. Oh and the UI can be laggy sometimes so can you make it more smooth please? Otherwise ZainCashIraq is good as well as the service

When i try logging in with my number i get a prompt message telling “this number is not registered” even tho i have already registered it months ago.
AND When i try registering my number after getting that earlier message, i get another message this time telling me “my number is already registered”, so i can neither register my number (because it’s already registered) nor log in (because it’s not registered).
Fix your app, it’s pretty shameful for ZainIQ to develop such a disastrous app.

Zain cash policy being changed to the worst, where they reduced the maximum cash in rate very badly without notice for the costumers, also the exchange rate is overwhelming compared to the market. I being robbed by them and even if reported to them, unfortunately they ignore it . Not recommended specifically for those with low income they will rob you very well

i got issue on the registration page

zaincash disapproved my id card says non original when i try to send better images id card the says you need to change your name to arabic language but on here have this bug when i want to try to edit my names and other inputs ZainCashIraq can’t gives me permission to editing

As mentioned above, this problem really needs fixing, I always end up needing to check my texts on the phone, but when I am travelling I need to have another phone just for the statement messages, a real time statement solution is needed; in addition, when authenticating with face ID, it is better if ZainCashIraq uses the system’s confirmation process “double pressing the power button”, or something simillar to that, to avoid accidental purchases, otherwise, a very useful application.

If such application is working as an electronic account, then why there’s a fee regarding top-up from it’s Physical card to the wallet and vice versa ?? Actually, it seems not reasonable!!

One more thing, when the bank account linking works again with NBI ???

Best application in Iraq, it may need to add more new features that is not existing in ZainCashIraq , like transferring money to other bank accounts inside and outside of the country, also top-up from bank account needs to add more local banks to the list.

It’s very useful app i hope all markets and restaurants start to use it and there is a lot inside simply (it’s making things easy) at less for me and my family ;) good luck and keep updating guys

Font size is too small, it would be better to add a font size customization feature, so that users can choose their preferred size.

Im so glad that such service is available in iraq, it’s a huge step forward within banking accounts and wiring transactions you are innovating.
The good thing about this method is that it’s really easy to access and have without going to banks; you’re also did a great deal with most of the brands, restaurants and cafes in Baghdad.
I believe that zain cash is going to be more popular if you increase your service providers since I’m facing lack of agents in Baghdad and in the other provinces of Iraq, if you’re offering discounts on paying bills via zain cash in restaurants, markets, malls and the like.

Simple and safe application to transfer money and purchase all basic electronic cards and payments for some Iraqi shops, also offers connecting a bank account and a credit card and a digital card

Every transaction was done smoothly without lag or something going wrong.

I dont know yet if its giving the opportunity to connect with the global community but i will give it a shot, at least its the first app to let us think about having this opportunity.
