This app has a big problem right now. I signed in from 6-7 PM EST and when I go to “Medical > lab reports” i get an error that says “oops failed to load data”. I get the same error when i go to “medication or vaccination”. The app is failing to load my data.
It appears to be that the app fails to load data when the data is loaded after business hours. But if thats the case, whats the point of having this app if it cant load my medical records when u need them?

Hi, I downloaded this application three time
And stil having problem with it, for once when I click open start flashing and flashing sometime I’m not in the mood for it so I leave the app, but for me to communicate with my doctor is the worst, have a doctor that I never heard before and it just don’t go through to my doctor, I told my doctor he don’t know why this application is acting up, please fix it.

I hate that the patient records are only available via phone / tablet. This is not practical because, most often, these patient records will need to be forwarded to other providers. Since the UX in this app is not the best, it’s actually easier to just call the medical office and have them email me the patient records.
