Sir, both my business and personal PhonePe accounts have been inactive—showing as blocked—for the past two and a half months. I request that they be unblocked. I have tried resolving this many times previously; I have spoken to Customer Care and even generated a support ticket, but no solution has been found yet. Sir, I earnestly request your assistance; both my PhonePe Merchant and Customer accounts are currently non-functional. Please help me get them operational again.

No scratch card offer was given after first electricity bill payment. This is inspite of the offer being displayed on the app as well as the electricity bill. The customer service is very poor as no response to ticket raised. If you call them they mention the offer is not valid if payment done through phonepe since it’s an “external payment”!! If it’s external then why is phonepe storing my transaction details?? Privacy issue for app. Be careful.

Transaction is showing completed since last 4-5 days but still not credited to my account. Not supporting on call if you are not calling from your registered number.. why? Even after contacting to Phonepe 4-5 times they are telling same thing, created to receivers account. Not even checking what is issue is. This issue is not only with me, its with many users. I request everyone not to use this. Use TEZ .. its google app and far better than this.

They do NOT give any support when you need it. Look for other reputable payment Apps like google pay or PayPal. PhonePe company do not have any support team nor they understand problems with transactions. This is total garbage company and DO Not subscribe to this app. If you already have account delete it like I did. Totally useless company deserves to close their doors.
