Scammers, Liars & Cheat

Refrain from using this app. They are liars, cheats and scammers. This was suppose to be direct payment from my card linked to mobiqwik to be paid to merchant. Instead I see that they have stopped that transaction with a reasoning that “Account not found” and added that debited amount to Mobiqwik wallet and now that I retried & paid with wallet cash using same account details the cashback the amount came as super cash and not directly to my card as cashback as advertised.
When I try to raise a ticket they blocked my account and tried to call customer care but after waiting to get connected for over 22 mins I gave up.
I will get my money back as I used my Amex Card but you people be aware as you cannot trust these dumbs.

Never put your money in mobikwik wallet when i tried transfer back into my account they charged me $50 what a scam 2% fee on to transfer your money on your own account and there is stupid limits and had to wait 30 minutes for every upi transaction and monthly limit got exhausted and my money got stuck this is biggest scam what a trash wallet dont use it

While adding money, after it asks us to enter the OTP, it does not allow us to enter it. It says "processing your transaction". It will only detect automatically. My SIM card was in another phone, so I could not even complete my transaction!
