How to fix Inner Circle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Inner Circle app on iPhone
Update Inner Circle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Inner Circle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Inner Circle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Inner Circle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Inner Circle Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Inner Circle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Inner Circle App
1. On android, goto Settings » Inner Circle » click [Force Stop]

Update Inner Circle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Inner Circle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Inner Circle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Inner Circle.

Fix Inner Circle unable to contact server/ Inner Circle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Inner Circle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Inner Circle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
