Good morning, I have been using the Televet 100 device for years, with the associated programme Televet100 Version 6.0.0. Since yesterday the sd cannot record tracks longer than a few seconds, although there is space in the memory, the light shines intermittently during recording and at the same time the track is viewable on the computer connected via bluetooth to the device. In addition, when I try to import old and new tracks, for those on the sd it only lets me open them once, and then if I try to import them a second time the computer gives me the following error "Could not Create destination file!". The old files that we have kept in storage, which did not give any problem before, now I cannot import them into the program because it always gives me the usual error "Could not Create destination file!". Can you help me? Could you tell me who to contact otherwise? Thank you Best regards Aurora
