Worse experience ever. Awful app. Designed so poorly. The app is very limited. After I registered both of my dogs, I needed to use it a week later because it was after hours. I accidentally entered the info on the wrong pet and then couldn’t delete it. Never heard back from the vet and then saw somewhere later because it’s not clear anywhere about the hours which are daytime and don’t extend to after hours. Not good since my dog was throwing up at night. Since under quarantine had to drive 30 min to the emergency care hospital to get her treated. Then when I got home, I couldn’t cancel the consultation but was charged the money the minute I hit enter. The telepet vet called me the next day at noon! Imagine that my dog was extremely sick and I wasn’t called back for 12 hours. Tried to figure out where to request a refund and was sent to a knowledge base and finally after 15 minutes found a place to enter a request. An email came and they said In 3 days even though I was charged the minute I entered a consultation request with no input from a vet. Tried requesting again 6 days later and was told maybe 1 week? Of course I was redirected everywhere again to send in a request Really? Why do I have to check my bill every day to see if I got my money back?

Went through the enrollment and requested a consultation. Crickets. No call back, no email, no text, nothing. Just a black hole where you submit the symptoms of your sick pet and waste a day maybe more thinking someone on the other end actually cares. Thankfully in my case the pup got better on his own but someone could seriously waste time that could lead to a dead pet using this app.

DOES NOT WORK. Hope my credit card doesn’t get extra charges for having used in this app this is very sketch and no response to the local vet that i was supposed to be connected with. Many people are profiting off of this current telehealth increase. this is another one of those fake services that will be gone soon and is in it to make quick cash. do not fall for their tricks please. This is sick joke.
