iPrecribe sending narcotic med to pending status but never gets sent out to pharmacy. Able to generate authentication code and get no error message but gets stuck in pending status. But I am able to send non--narcotics without problem.

Horrible, horrible, frustrating time getting registered. They were very fast at accepting my money, but then trying to register seems like this company is a scam. I have an acct, it comes up in my clinic name, but when I try to complete the registration (I already am registered with ID.me thru our clinic EMR), it won't let me. I've gone thru 3 different browsers, gone thru DrFirst for support, but I get no response. The support phone # no longer works. The "chat" box doesn't work.

Cannot get on your app. Started about 1 1/2 wks ago. Restarted phone, deleted app then could not add app. What's up?

Keeps starting its offline or it won’t give options for tablets versus capsules so can’t prescribe— on old rxs states “tablets no longer available “
